It needs to be someone that is a 24/7 attack dog.
Too many conservatives just like reciting conservative-sounding lines and making appearances on talk radio shows. They need to project power and control every time they get in front of the cameras.

My House critter was made Policy committee chairman by Boehner, as Gowdy was appointed to investigate Ben Ghazi and so forth, like Darrell “I’m Going As Fast As I Can!” Issa. Results? crickets
Some things should change now, but prolly too little, too late for the GOP; it will be form over substance IMHO.
All we’ve seen is a lot of paper-shuffling from the GOP.
So it’s like the poster of the two vultures roosting, captioned:
“We’re tired of waiting. We want to kill something.”
`Do something, anything—even if it’s wrong.’
So they finally did something. Now. Get rid of Yertle.

Gowdy is my congressman and I won’t be voting for him this time. He’s all talk, no action with pitiful excuses when it comes to doing anything to buck the leadership. He needs to go.
