I don’t see how timing really matters.
She wasn’t allowed to do what she did. Ordinary people get sent to prison for this stuff. Quibbling over timing is pointless. Just lock her up.

She signed an affidavit under penalty of perjury stating she had turned over every “clintonemail.com” email to the State Dept.
This is saying she failed to do that.
Of course, we’re dealing with the Clintons, so nothing will happen.
