Hey,it worked when cigarette manufacturers were sued.

What’s the difference?

The cigs delivered smoke, the guns delivered bullets.

By the way I am pro-gun but just pointing out that sometimes these ridiculous lawsuits work.

Automobile manufacturers should be sued because thousands of people are killed on the road every year, accidentally or on purpose. Gas stations could be sued because they provide the fuel that are used by those cars. Pressure cooker manufacturers should be sued because they provided the device which the Boston Marathon bombers used to kill three people and maim hundreds. Every manufacturer of every chemical that was used in the marathon bombing should be sued because they should have known that when combined with other chemicals they could be used to make bombs.

This will not be a popular comment, but I actually watched the documentary about that, and I was surprised to hear the whole story. The media kind of twisted that situation.

Well, of course they did. The media twists EVERY story.

So I am sure you are correct about that.

Used as pawns in their moment of grief, where are their handlers now?

Like Linda Lovelace and the Feminazis.

The Left will use you, then throw you away.

It’s like suing Walmart for making the replacement key to someone who later kills someone who killed a person while driving drunk. Once you get that nose under the tent just think, you could sue the gas station, oil change place, and so manny more. My lord are people that stupid and/or greedy.

If you couple the PLCAA law with Colorado's law HB 000-208, (which says in essence: If you bring a civil case against a gun or ammunition seller and the case is dismissed then the plaintiff must pay all the defendant's costs), you have an impenetrable barrier to using the judicial system to effect change in gun legislation in Colorado.

That's right, you morons. You don't use the judicial system to effect change in gun legislation. Legislatures change legislation, not the "judicial system."

I'm sorry for the loss of your daughter, but I'm thrilled over the loss of your $203,000.

If there was even a remote chance that the plaintiff’s attorney’s would be on the hook for part of this judgment, the lawsuit never would have been filed in the first place.

They volunteered to be Kamikaze pilots for the Brady Campaign against strong legal advice not to do so.

They sold all their possessions, wrote calligraphic poetry to the ones they loved, fastened their Rising Sun headbands around their heads, climbed into the plane, flew off, and completely and utterly missed their target. Went down in a hail of anti-aircraft fire from the USS Luckygunner.

Well, that's that. Enjoy living in a van down by the river with a quarter million dollar judgement against you.

Law suits have become legalized extortion. ACLU uses them all the time. Finally a correct decision.

Suppose their daughter had been purposefully run down and murdered by someone in a Ford Explorer? Would they consider suing Ford?

I’m sure the liberals would help them out, but they already gave their money to Ahmed the fraudulent clock maker.

James Holmes ate bacon that morning.

Perhaps they should sue Hormel too.

No sympathies for these idiots. None whatsoever.
