It was a middle school. The white children were assaulted, belittled, and terrorized constantly, and no one would even acknowledge the problem.

I’m guessing it could be used to run the desalinization plants? I did a paper way back in grade school. Was about the proposed facilities that would take cold water from the depths of the ocean, pump them to the warmer surface waters, and then gather the condensation (fresh water). I don’t know if they every built any or not.
