The first thing to understand about Vladimir Putin is that he’s not content just to win. He has to destroy his opponents, foreign or domestic.
His deeds may be despicable and his manners far too crude for the Upper West Side, but the guy is a force of nature, a man who — by sheer strength of will — has used a broken country and its rusting military to change the world. Meanwhile, our astonished president sulks like a high-school girl stood up by her boyfriend (“But Vladimir . . . you promised!”).
Now we have reached the point where a Russian general can barge into a US military office in the Middle East and order us to stop flying our aircraft over Syria. Oh, we’re still flying, for now — but you can bet that our flights are restricted and careful to the point of paralysis.
You bet President Obama’s afraid of Putin. Physically, tangibly, change-the-diaper afraid.
And as I wrote in these pages on Monday, the odds are good that Putin will order the shootdown of a US drone or even a manned aircraft, anyway. Why? Because he can.
And he enjoys it.

I personally think Pooty Poot has the money pics (not photo-shopped) on Pres. Stompy Foot and reminded him of same at the UN summit a few days ago. He also has the college grades, etc.
This is so telling in that it follows Obammy’s speech to the UN where he says “all I am saying, is give peace a chance.” Talked about how you have to be strong to negotiate etc. And Putin follows it up with his speech and his actions. The world knows which one is strong.
What else can be expected from a rainbow man-child?
You people are clueless, obama has no humility; doesn’t even know the meaning of the word. How in the world can he suffer any humiliation like that? He might have a slight unsettled feeling in his tummy. He’ll just write it off to some bad lobster bisque, take some Pepto and head to the links.
I’ve always liked LTC Peters, but this is too much Cold War talk and not enough 2015 reality. Christianity has made a tremendous rebound in Russia during the past 20 years!
All along Russia’s southwestern and south central border are Muslim-dominated nations. Those Islamic dominated populations want to slaughter Christians. What part of this are Americans having trouble understanding?
Turkey, a NATO member, has been involved in the conspiracy to send fake refugees into Europe. These “refugees” are mostly young men who will wreck havoc and force Islam on Europeans.
Russia isn’t blindly cheering this ‘jihadi’ horde’s entry into Europe, but they are surrounding Turkey with their own military.
Putin, or anyone else for that matter, cannot “humiliate Obama” without first humiliating the Media.
Until the welfare checks bounce or a T80 rumbles through the living room of a stoned-stupid LIV watching the Kardashians on the flat-screen, to the LIV Obama is just so cool. And the Media intends to keep it that way. The LIV’s will pull the Democrat lever in 2016 no matter who the candidate is.

Obama taunted Putin calling him a class clown. Putin responded like a school yard bully by stealing his lunch money, giving him an atomic wedgie and stuffing him into his locker.
