Wh do people act like sending illegal aliens back would be so impossible? Eisenhower managed it in “Operation Wetback”. Even if we didn’t catch every single one, we could “repatriate” a lot of them, and tighter welfare restrictions would get a good many of the rest to repatriate themselves. If we only got 3/4 of them sent back, that would be a lot, a big difference, and send a signal to the rest who are flouting our laws.
