Damn communists. Why didn’t Clinton appearing on SNL “trigger” anything? This is commie bull****!

It it hasn’t triggered anything yet, it’s because the other candidates haven’t requested it.

I agree...Trump knows how to take something, anything and make it into gold...can you just imagine what America is going to look like when Trump is in the Oval Office? I can’t wait.....

They reserve the balance of their time for the distinguished gentleman from Vermont.

Funny how this wasn't a problem when Barkeep Hillary was foisted upon the braindead SNL watchers last week.

It would be interesting if NBC affiliates refused to carry this show, fearing they’d have to give equal opportunities to other candidates.

You truly believe that he will turn everything into gold for you and me, rather than himself or those who he likes, or those at the top? That takes an awful lot of faith based on zero evidence.

For me, the "gold" that I want for America is Constitutionally-limited Government, reversing ObamaCare, reversing race-based preferences, enforcing immigration laws, protecting Christians from the attacks of the Left, restoring our global friendships, protecting Israel, removing the shackles from our military, weeding out fraud and corruption in DC... and Trump has done none of those, and Trump's gold-creating success does not translate to any of those.

I'll vote for him if he is the nominee (or even as a 3rd Party of the GOP nominates anyone but Cruz or Carson), but I'll still worry.

Didn’t hear anything about this when Rubio was on “The View”.

What about Hillary’s appearance two weeks ago?

You have been so indoctrinated for so many years of this crap...I can see that you don't trust, but let me tell you something:

Trump didn't have to get into this election, in fact he put it off for years, would someone who has billions of dollars and the company he has would just jump in to this to make his ‘friends’ rich? His friends are already ‘rich’ he doesn't need to help them....

He sees what we see, we don't have jobs, all of our manufacturing plants are leaving; we have illegal immigrants that live off what you earn, that's why you don't have any money, they have it; we have a poor Military where they can't even defend us on our own land right now; our vets are dying because they can't get care, but the illegal immigrants are getting anything they want, at your cost, your providing this for them; they are trying to take away our Constitution starting with the 2nd amendment; our taxes make the rich richer, why do you think all those people you elect that sit in the House and Senate love it there, your paying for that also....

Have you figured out now who is living off the money your making, not you, you go to work, can't hardly do a thing, but all these other people are just fine, sure as long as you work so they can live off what you make....

Trump is going to change that...listen to his speeches...if it wasn't for him, we wouldn't be having this conversation over illegal immigration, the wall, the bringing back of manufacturing, the care of the vets, the middle class getting back on their feet...

But you go ahead and keep your head in the sand and do whatever you want, but when it gets worse, don't start to whine and moan because we won't be here to hear you...

Since everything that comes out of New York or Los Angeles is Liberal propaganda, shouldn't we be demanding equal time for their entire lineup?

I've been saying for a long time that we need to bankrupt the liberal propaganda machine by filing lawsuits demanding equal time and objecting to discrimination against conservatives in their hiring process, etc.

We needed to be waging lawfare against this bastards for decades now.

I believe that only once, however, has an opposing candidate actually claimed his equal time.

Cruz should do this. It would demonstrate how smart he is, and it would give him more and better exposure.

If he does it first, by the time the other candidates do the same, the audiences will be bored with the idea. Getting in first will take advantage of this opportunity.

Trump didn’t need to get into this race. He has wealth and power. I can only imagine being a real POTUS, not like the imposter in the Whitehouse, is a thankless job full of headaches. IMO, he decided to enter because he genuinely wants to leave the world a better place. Grandchildren have that effect on a person.

So, let the other candidates lobby their favorite TV shows for guest appearances, since unlike the Donald they won’t be asked.

Headline makes it sound like Trump is the cause, when actually it was Hillary’s appearance last week that was the cause of the equal time provision kicking in.

...he decided to enter because he genuinely wants to leave the world a better place.

Trump could be that concerned, but he also likely realizes that his wealth is derived by providing services to anybody who wants what he offers. He may see that as Americans' wealth is increasingly drained to pay in service of government, his customers are less able to patronize his establishments. I'm not saying such personal concerns are a bad thing, but that those concerns might also be motivating factors to a man who is accomplished at predicting market trends and seeing the evolution of the economy before his competitors.

It's very likely Trump knows a house of cards when he sees one.

I thought equal time was not applicable any more.

No WONDER the local and network ‘news’ is sooooo in the tank for the liberals—Obama, Hillary, et al. They say it is a “news” show and therefore don’t have to be fair and balanced.

Nobody brought it up at the time,
but that boat has sailed.Candidates
had 7 days to request equal time.

1968...It was only a few seconds
(doubt anyone asked for equal time)
but Nixon was on Laugh In:”Sock
it to ME?” Some think this good
natured appearance got him some
votes.Trump hosting SNL is first
time a candidate has hosted while
in active campaign. -HOSTED-
