“Paid a million dollars to do nothing and didn’t even put any effort in to doing it....”
I’m a world class master at doing nothing and I can’t even get an interview for a job like that. It just doesn’t make any sense.
Just raise taxes on the blood bags to cover it. Its the government way. Feast away.
For 10 years you didn’t do anything but get paid?? After a year, I would have got a better job...
Some people have all the luck, I had a do nothing job once and I got paid nothing.
I had a do-something job & still got paid nothing.
No absolution for you!
Apparently no one has seen the bright side of this situation.
Imagine how much damage people like her and her co-workers cause to our economic system.
At a million dollars the taxpayers got off easy.
She could have easily caused a hundred million in damage.
Imagine how much misery she would have aided and abetted had she been doing an assigned task?
I was just as glad they at least gave me something to do at
Marshall Space Flight Center. Pay was good; and I’d have
felt guilty getting paid for doing nothing. - Also, I
doubt they gave me anything to do that they thought I
could mess up even if I tried to mess up. - The engineers
in the unit where I worked were just very accepting of the
idea that “many” men would lose their lives in pursuit of
the moon landing. - I was still nervous when that rocket
took off for the first moon flight. - I had never typed
even on an electric typewriter; much less the ones with
all those different symbols on them. Don’t know how I
ever figured which keys to hit to get the various
technical symbols. Guess I was sharper when I was 18 than
I am now that I’m old!
They did much the same for de Blasio. Elected him to sit back and watch the city degenerate.
