Officials say there was a "a preponderance of evidence†that Township High School District 211, which is based in Palatine, Illinois, failed to comply with Title IX, the federal law that prohibits sex discrimination.
The student filed a complaint with the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights in 2013 after she was denied the right to have unlimited use of the girls’ locker room, the Chicago Tribune reports. A solution appeared to be in the works, until school officials put up privacy curtains in the locker room and said the student would be required to use the private area while changing.

nakedness with a towel on your way to a private dressing
room with a closed door. . . and you came out dressed.
And certifiably insane. The school district should fight this, but probably won't, if only because they leftwing nutjobs running the district are only slightly less insane than the federal 0bamacrats.
Part of my enrolling in band instead of PE had to do with not wanting to deal with the dressing room.

Has the lesser evil GOP stood up and said ANYTHING at all about this other than lip service Cave ins? No?
When people run around FR telling you you have to elect a Republican no matter what because the Dem is worse, It’s fairly obvious whose side they are on. And it isn’t Americas. Stop creating our own problems folks.
Cloward-Piven them. Have a “feel like a woman” day, where ALL the students say they feel like a girl and use the female facilities. Maybe the girls can use the boys’.

Patents can demand liability insurance and make it clear that there will be a massive lawsuit when something happens.

How come stuff like this never happens in minority majority school districts? Are there no “transgendered” Latinos or blacks? Or is it just white guilt being manipulated by hard left nutjobs?

I always took a VERY large towel; actually, they had
started not requiring 4 years of PE as early as that.
It was 1961-1964. I graduated from high school in
