Six-time MLB all-star Lance Berkman used to be a star on a field, but a starring role in an advertisement against a recently failed Houston equality referendum has some in the city wishing he’d fade away.
In the ad, which took a stand against the Houston equal-rights ordinance (HERO), the former Houston Astros and Texas Rangers player urged everyone to “vote no†because it would allow “troubled men†to use women’s bathrooms.

The fight for Berkman, however, seems to only have just begun. After the ordinance failed, Berkman doubled down on his comments and said he wasn’t just worried about transgender men using women’s bathrooms but the idea of tolerance, in general...
“To me tolerance is the virtue that’s killing this country,â€... “We’re tolerant of everything. You know, everything is okay, and as long as you want to do it and as long as it feels good to you then it’s perfectly acceptable do it. Those are the kinds of things that lead you down a slippery slope, and you’ll get in trouble in a hurry.â€
Berkman had a lot more to say (the Houston Chronicle posted the full 12-minute interview), including saying that it was his duty as a Christian to do what he could to halt the “LGBT agenda.â€

Lance is right. Once the coprophiliic males and lesbians were released from the closet we found they had several other letters to add to the alphabet alliance including the pedos and the genitally mutilated psychos needing therapy. Now it is against “the law” to provide therapy for any sodomite. Make no mistake it is going to be open season on children.

God bless Lance Berkman, I hope is is saved by the grace of God by faith in Jesus Christ being crucified for our sins and rising again the third day overcoming death, hell and the grave. God the Father have mercy on his precious soul as he is in the fight now and it will get worse and worse with the evil left growing in America like a cancer in the body.
“Some wish he would fade away”?? The WASHINGTON POST wishes he would fade away. The “newspaper” that had the backstabbing flop of a Defense Secretary Robert McNamara on its Board of Directors. The “newspaper” that published lies about a nine year old heroin addict named “Jimmy” for which it was awarded a phony Pulitzer Prize. The “newspaper” that continually stacks the deck against any Republican candidate it doesn’t like in adjoining states Virginia and Maryland with phony “scandal” stories a week before the elections without time for the candidates to respond to the lies and deceit.
This is very brave, but unfortunately, this is going to cost Lance millions of dollars in future endorsements and any appearances on TV during MLB games.
