On Friday, a new media report scrutinized two more stories from the neurosurgeon-turned-politician.
Last month, Carson detailed how he protected his white high school classmates the day after Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s 1968 assassination. Violent race riots ravaged Detroit’s Southwestern High, which enrolled more black students than white students.
Carson, a junior lab assistant with a key to the school’s biology workroom, shepherded his frightened friends to the lab to shield them from the violence, he told the Wall Street Journal.
he newspaper spoke with a half dozen of Carson’s classmates and his high school physics teacher: Not one remembered his heroic hideaway.
“It may have happened, but I didn’t see it myself or hear about it,†Gregory Vartanian, who served in the junior ROTC with Carson, told the Wall Street Journal Friday.

No doubt. But as I said, if I was writing MY autobiography, I would have consulted my records instead of just making stuff up, unless of course I just wanted to make stuff up.

The fact they don’t is exactly why our side must be above reproach. There is a double standard, certainly, but Carson screwed up on this big time.
You raised a lot of questions that the American people don’t want answered, or they wouldn’t have voted as they did twice.
Yeah, that’s the ticket.
At least someone remembers going to school with Carson. Has even one person come forward who remembers going to school with Obola?
If Carson is the nominee I will be ALL IN for him. Just dont see why he should be ahead of Cruz.
I would like to hear from some of the others there pledge on Judges. We know Cruz is solid, everybody else is not really clear.
Trump however said that Roberts would not have got past him, but I would like real pledges from Trump Carson and the others.
Outside of Cruz they all have question marks on who they would appoint for Judges
I like Cruz as well. The only reason I can determine that the polls don’t reflect him doing better is the possibility that some view his personality as off-putting. I don’t see that but know several people that feel that way.
The SC appointments seem to be somewhat of a crap shoot. Roberts had a good record...but something happened to him. It seems like the only judges that don’t transform are the liberals.
I read that (paraphrasing) Carson regards God as the neurosurgeon and he is the instrument.
Myself, I sincerely hope that if a doctor is operating on any part of my body, especially my brain, that He has a hand on the doctor’s shoulder,
