I’m a Missourian, so I think I can say this:

don’t know Tim Wolfe, but I am having breakfast tomorrow with a high school and college classmate who has had interactions with him over the years including in the past two weeks. I may be able to provide a report.

Breakfast happened. The high school and college crowd were all from Columbia, many of them children of Mizzou Faculty. Today they break down in about half conservatives and about half liberals, half of whom are flaming liberals. Wolfe was known to be about in the middle, thought to be a little liberal by the conservatives and a little conservative by the liberals. They think that he got a raw deal. He isn't talking to anyone right now, including his friends, but most of this seems to have been done by the Governor.
