UPDATE: After the publication of this article, a local NBC affiliate contacted the FBI for confirmation. The FBI confirmed that the six men were apprehended after illegally entering the United States in Arizona.

Original article:

A highly trusted federal agent working under the umbrella of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has confirmed to Breitbart Texas that a group composed of 5 Pakistani men and 1 man from Afghanistan was captured by U.S. Border Patrol agents after having illegally crossed the porous U.S.-Mexico border in the Tucson Sector of Arizona.

The six men were traveling in a group and were captured roughly 16 miles into the state of Arizona, specifically, near the small picturesque town of Patagonia, Arizona.

The apprehension of the group occurred late on Monday night, November 16, 2015.

Border Patrol agents were unable to do extensive interviews with the six Middle Eastern men because the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) took over the matter. The aliens were immediately transferred to Tucson where the FBI took custody.

On Wednesday evening, Breitbart Texas disclosed a report by other federal agents claiming that 8 Syrian illegal aliens were captured while attempting to enter the United States in the Laredo Sector. The Department of Homeland Security has now confirmed our exclusive report.

So you actually believe that Dubya was enthusiastic about building a border fence and this desire of his was thwarted by Congress?

And this is the same George Bush who opposed California’s Prop 187?

The same George Bush who announced that “family values don’t stop at the Rio Grande” and illegals just do “jobs Americans won’t do anymore”?

That George Bush?

Do you understand how politics works?

A good politician and even some bad ones will turn on a dime when they realize the people want something different than what they are selling

Bush fought for what he wanted ...he lost

And then he set about doing what he could which was to strengthen the border. Was he perfect ....no but he was damn honest about what he was trying to do.

The whole Republican party realized that what they were trying to do (which is exactly what Ronald Reagan did) about illegal immigrants was not going to fly they dismounted their plans and started doing things on a much smaller scale.

Obama is the rare politicians that does not listen to anyone ...I think he has caused a huge backlash and will ultimately go down in flames.

“And then he set about doing what he could which was to strengthen the border. “

Put the bong down. That fool had no intention of doing anything to strengthen the border and he that’s one goal he succeeded at. Which is why Obama has had a vast illegal alien army to exploit for his entire term.

No Borders Bush stuck his nose in California’s Prop 187 battle all the way back in 1994 by siding with the illegal aliens against the people of California. He was trying to turn the border into a sieve long before he took that same act to the Presidency, where the dimwit was trying his damnedest to amnesty millions of future Democrats. There’s a reason that the GOP is the Stupid Party and Dubya and Jeb! are two sterling examples.

Your cynicism and ability to reason is about equal to that of the left’s (which is where most of such BS lives

Congress approved $1.2 billion in a separate homeland security spending bill to bankroll the fence,

You want to check the vote on this?

Were the smart “real conservatives” dead set against it (I think not)

I checked it for you and there were 5 Republican votes against it and a lot of Dem votes for it in the House
In the Senate that notable conservative Lincoln Chafee voted against it and all other Republicans voted for it

However based on your thinking all the votes that were for this were either stupid or corrupt

This is the same line of thinking the left used that said Bush lied people died

In short according to them Bush was an evil genius/ idiot
And never mind that 99.% of congress ( a separate but equal branch of the government) voted for the war......Its all Bush’s fault

And you and too many Freepers bought this kind of bunk and continue to buy it with your piss poor reasoning.

truly pathetic.

Regrettably, I must disagree.

While there is much to admire about GWB, the immigration issue an the border are not among them.

The Clinton administration conducted over 20 times more actions against illegal employment than did the Bush administration. In fact, about 10 million depoertations occurred under Clinton vs about 1.5 million under GWB (and around 3 million so far under Obama).

Most of the illegals who came across the Rio Grande and are in the USA today came over during the GWB administration.

And once the people had destroyed GWB's amnesty initiative and Congress had subsequently authorized 700 miles of fence, he found a way around it. His cat's paw, Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX), killed the appropriation for the fence so that only a few miles were completed.

The border is not George W. Bush's best suit...

You are sadly misinformed and buying into the lefts numbers.

Im in New Mexico which happens to be close to situation and i have read a fair amount about it
For most of the years of the Bush administration the policy was to capture illegals, stick them on a bus and send them back to Mexico and not run them through the red tape or courts .......It was shell of a lot cheaper.
As a result they were not officially counted as deportations.
These vastly outnumbered the numbers you cite.
And if you haven’t noticed you can make Global Warming plausible if you just use the right numbers.

Also do yourself a favor and google the 2006 Fence Act
we spent 1.2 Billion dollars on it yet Bush gets no credit for any of it.
And most Freepers have no idea it even happened

Here is the last sentence of an article I cited for another guy who tells me Bush was the problem:

In short, Congress failed to continue to fund the project past the initial $1.2 billion procured, in order to finish building the fence.

How in hell did they spend $1.2 billion...and get only a few dozen miles of fence?

As I understand it, the only new fence completed was around San Diego.
