Good article.

“Bolton struggled somewhat in his defense of the NSA program, saying only that the debate was not a fair fight, because the agency could not produce the evidence to exonerate itself without compromising national security.”

“Snowden is a traitor”

How is blowing the whistle to the American people about unlawful government operations against the American people treason exactly?

I figured this would bring out the ObamaCons.

Why do people masquerade as patriots or conservatives and support Obama’s covert policies?

Did Snowdon make the French government let in thousands of ISSIS terrorists posing as “refugees”?
Did Snowdon make Obama rush out of Iraq prematurely for political reasons leaving a power vacuum leading directly to the creation of ISSIS?

The connection is a desire to expand government power over all of us. The intelligent thing to do would be to keep one’s country free from Muslims, which would dramatically reduce their potential for terrorism here. Instead, Muslim terror attacks are used as a pretext to reduce everyone’s civil liberties. In particular, the government hates the fact that it doesn’t have unfettered access to emails, texts, phone calls, and every other sort of record. The “war on drugs” and the “war on terror” have been used as excuses for eroding civil liberties for a very long time. So, the government is quite happy to flood the country with members of Mohammed’s totalitarian caravan raiding, slaving, and pedophile cult.

So Snowden telling Americans that we were being spied on by our government lead to the French being attacked by a terrorist group. Makes perfect sense. /s

“Snowden is a traitor”

He is a traitor to the tyranny of big brother. When one betrays an unjust government is he helping in the cause of liberty. Had he given up secrets of a constitutionally restrained government they he would be treason, but he revealed an out of control government that spies on its own people to control their political behavior and personal lives. I do not think of Snowden as a patriot, but he did serve the cause by creating some transparency into a corrupt controlling class of government activities.

Agreed! The frogs can listen to any phone call, read any txt or email or kick down any door without a warrant, how did it work out for them?

The CIA and NSA were gathering all their data and it didn’t help with the Boston bombers one bit. The spooks are mad because the people know their agencies are breaking the law and might take steps to avoid big brother. This is about power and control, welcome to 1984.

The bureaucracy of the US government has to be brought to heel or it will be a race to see who destroys the USA first them or the communist left. These spooks KNEW what they were doing was wrong and done it anyway.

“I think any unauthorized disclosures made by individuals that have dishonored the oath of office, that they have raised their hand and attested to, undermines this nation’s security,”....I do to also. Let’s hang Obamama, Kerry, Biden and Hillary based on this advice.

It is all distractions from truth

We need the truth-—it is why we are in such an evil system of “laws” now-—because of subversion, lies, misinformation.

We need NO secret societies (Freemasonry/skull and bones)-—NO secret “sessions” in Congress-—no secret under the table “deals” or “treaties” or curricula content——like the evil subversive, islamic controlled Common Core-—or anything.

We need to know the truth, but our “press” only gives us lies and misinformation to control EMOTIONS, since before JP Morgan bought off all the essential APs in the beginning of the 2oth century to control “what” we “think”.

Truth will set us Free and if Snowdon got us “thinking” about that, he did good and is a hero. We have been fed lies for a century—and it is time to come OUT of the sodomite elite’s BOX.

We can’t “think” and choose the right thing if everything we “know” is a lie. BTW-—the schools warp truth and give misinformation to our children on purpose to destroy their ability to “think critically”-—tribal, emotional, emasculated minds like we see at all the universities now. The zombie “group thinkers” are coming out of the woodwork like termites that they were programmed (by taxpayer money LOL) to be.

Im going to go out on a limb here and suggest to Mr. Woolsey that perhaps the intelligence community should focus their intelligence gathering operations on terrorist muslims as opposed to Christian grandmothers and infants and little league baseball teams.

Phil's note: Snowden merely confirmed what citizens suspected and all the other intelligence agencies--and their terrorist surrogates--knew. John Brennan the convert--what do you know about Michael Hasting's demise? Let's waterboard you. Where's Jack Bauer when you need him?

Jughead and his Arab Spring is the cause for the rise of ISIS. ISIS could've been wiped out in a short time if he was serious about destroying them instead of "containing" them.

How hard is to see their convoys moving across barren deserts, when we can detect the flash of the explosion that brought down the Russian plane? Why were bombing their oil trucks forbidden until now?

Jughead is the one responsible for these attacks.

Why do people masquerade as patriots or conservatives and support him?

Not all of us genuflect before Big Government.

Both Woolsey and Brennan should be brought up on willful aiding and abetting charges for knowingly allowing tens of millions of invaders to cross into the United States from the South ILLEGALLY and doing nothing about it.

They have contacts with the “Mexican Intelligence Service”? What’s that, a drug mafia operation?

They know and have known EXACTLY what is happening on our Southern “border” for 30 years and done NOTHING.

It is the first successful INVASION of the United States. And they not only stood by, they aided and abetted this by routinely cooperating with the foreign government which is behind this: the Mexican “government”, in quotes because I have a hard time referring to a large scale criminal organization as a “government”.

Obama and Hillary have released vastly more confidential and secret material than Snowden ever had access to. Liars lie. Depend on it.
