A suicide bomber's explosive belt was tonight found dumped in the southern Paris suburb from where terrorist fugitive Salah Abdeslam escaped the city.
The 26-year-old fled the bloodbath that left 130 dead on November 13 rather than blowing himself up.
Tonight's find in a dustbin in Montrouge, in the Hauts-de-Seine department, is hugely significant because it supports the theory that Abdeslam abandoned his mission.

This one is believed to be the cafe shooter. His brother has publically asked him to turn himself in . He didn’t blow himself up so he is likely being sought by other terrorists, too.

It is the media who makes them cult heroes. Have you noticed that Trump was on this almost immediately? He criticized the media’s labeling him as a “mastermind” to which they started to use “ring leader” and have morphed that into “planner”.

More sensitivity than most can fathom yet easy to make and equal to military grade dynamite .... Using a scale based onTNT being a 1.0 , C4 is a 1.34, ANFO is a 0.60 ....Relative equivalency factors I can remember off hand.
This Peroxide based TATP is dancing around 0.80 +/- 3 points . When ya think of the brisance of the above listed it refers to the ability to break / shatter versus “work” ....
C4 is used to destroy and ANFO is used to “move” product (work) per se like construction crews moving earth etc....
Peroxide based explosives are so sensitive that the bomb builders are usually the victims if they don’t handle it correctly. This fine TATP is moved into its container very very slowly yet even a very fine badger hair brush used to push it into a container can make it go boom.
PLO Yasser’s era were first to use it but to best of my memory the IRA taught them the recipe.
Bad crap yet kitchen sink manufacturing process pretty much.....

Triacetone triperoxide (TATP). Called “Mother of Satan” because of its propensity to cause work accidents. Sensitive to heat, friction, and shock. However, it's relatively easy to make.
