It was the same during the Bush administration. If the FBI were to tell us what was in those cylinders, it would damage the ecomony during Christmas shopping season.

I really, really wish that Bush had been more open — even a year after-the-fact, about specifics of terror threats they had discovered. Then voters would not have elected Obama to begin with.

My bet its something like a teletherapy radiation capsule containing something like cesium 137 or Cobalt 60. The makings of a dirty bomb possibly. Nasty stuff.

Cesium 137 is also water soluble. Dropped into a water supply while not especially lethal due to dilution it would have massive psychological impact and be a real SOB to get rid of. Think weapon of mass disruption.
