Funny how Trump’s first line of defense when he’s called out is to criticize his opponents’ intellect.

Third-graders do that. Statesmen don’t.

Nice find, friend.

Your problem is you fear the power of the lamestream media. You should not. You are also believing Trump is out of step with what a huge majority of Americans FEEL and THINK. You are wrong in that belief. Trump is expressing what many/most really feel and in most cases have been too intimidated by the PC crowd to say.

Others have reached for this “ban stuff on the Internet” B.S.

It is being used to radicalize, brainwash, inflame, yada yada yada.

If the Internet indeed had that kind of influence on that many people...40 million pissed off Americans with long guns would have “transformed” America years ago.

So much for that false narrative. Notice how they never...NEVER...mention the symptoms when it comes to the forward operating bases (mosques)?

The one-worlders want to control everything they can get their stinking paws on. This is just seen as another opportunity for them to grab some more power.

We need to tell them to pound sand monkeys.

This is the essence of the 2016 election.

Obama has already given us what Trump seeks, and it Reeks!

We don’t need another clown in that office that has ideas based in fantasy and hatred. We need to move carefully back to constitutional governance.

from Finny’s post

(re Trump)”...the lazy, low information voter. He understands that, and he has a way of reaching them through their own channels and in simple words that they understand.”

You seem to exhibit that in spades - per your disdain to even look at the video - you say, instead...

“Nope.

Don’t care.

Go Trump!”

Patriot Babe pretty much spells it out - in post #110

“There is a whole helluva lot of evidence to indicate that Trump is the one making believe “he is one of us.” There is also plenty of evidence that young Ted Cruz is pretty much what he looks like: a young (compared to Trump) guy with a love of law, the Constitution, and liberty. In the 26-year time period that Trump switched parties three times and mostly sided with left-leaning moderate concepts, Ted Cruz from out of high school has stood by the constitution and the law, and ended up clerking and then arguing cases before the Supreme Court. “

Trump is a loose cannon: I shudder to think of him dealing with world leaders -

This is the disdain he exhibits when others are speaking - rudeness personified...hardly a statesman.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O5wlf-7sN70

I can’t forget that the person he conferenced with about getting into the race in the first place was Billy Clintoon - ??? (reminds me that Ross Perot was the Clinton’s shill the first time - and got Billy into office with less than 50% of the vote by drawing off Rep. votes). Worked good then - and Trump has already said he’ll break his promise not to run third party if he ‘isn’t treated right’- )
and he’s been best friends with the clintons for years- contributed to Her Thighness/backed her in 2008... honored guests at his last wedding)

So the question begs, are we going to fall for the ‘Clinton Shill Game” again?

Hitlery says she just went to the wedding for “fun” - not because, as Trump claimed ‘she had too” (I.e. bought and paid for)

We need to be honest with ourselves. If we substituted any other candidates name for these stories - we’d write them off in a NY minute.

Future leader of the free world material?

no he is out of step with me...but you are right about him being out of step with most people. I think he has a very firm 30 percent of the republican party and you wont see any candidate take from that percentage. Trump has also benefited from the fact that early on the Bush campaign tried to use political trickery to ruin his campaign. he is very fortunate that the political advisers Carl Rove and Frank Luntz don’t understand how the internet has changed how much people know about the activities they are doing to undermine particular candidates. This knowledge of there activity has served to make it real hard for any one candidate to peel away from the 30 percent he has. I personally think it is the reason for a good 50 percent of his support. is in the first two debates the Moderators had decided to take out trump and had told there friends that was there plan. this all got those viewing the debate and rather devastating trumps performance it galvanized the support he all ready had.

Whatever.

I’m not low information at all.

I’m just not going to ride the OMG did you hear the latest outrageous thing Trump said!?

Oh he’s totally insane Hitler or something!

Give me a break.

And while you are at it, maybe you can explain to me why Ted Cruz is giving cover to islamic terrorists by using the phrase “radical islamic terror”, because frankly, I find that really annoying.

There is “islamic terror”. That’s what it is. Islam is at war with our country, Ted, not radical islam, but islam.

"We have to go see Bill Gates," Trump said, "and a lot of different people who really understand what's happening and maybe, in some ways, closing that Internet up in some ways."

Okay, he wants the government to "close" the internet up in "some ways". Clearly he wants to stop terrorist recruiting. But that raises a whole bunch of concerns from people who like their freedom on the internet.

And they should be concerned about their freedoms! And it should be no surprise that people are concerned about their freedoms.

I mean what could possible go wrong when government tries to close up the internet in some ways.

And it's up to Trump to address those concerns when he raises the issue of closing the internet in some way.

And he didn't.

If the DC/Media/Business/Political class is in such a panic over what Trump said, they should change their laws.

Trump is right, they are wrong based on the legal aspects.

I suspect this is why everything they try so ineffective against Trump, they are so busy finding reasons to fly into hysterics, they don't bother learning any facts first.

Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President
Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate

All extra-statutory actions by presidents are subject to review by congress.

It is when congress refuses to take up that responsibility that we run into trouble.

Our present congressional leadership (both parties) is paralyzed.

Sure, just keep keep squealing irrelevancies rather than admit you all blew it, again. You and the rest of the GOPe are hoisted on your own petards here due to your habit of reacting emotionally, rather then rationally, to Trump.

You went into hysteric about “Constitutionality” without bothering to learn the legal facts.
