(CNN) -- House Speaker Paul Ryan sharply condemned Donald Trump, his party's front-runner presidential candidate, on Tuesday, following Trump's call to ban all Muslims from entering the United States. Ryan told members of his party at a closed door meeting that Trump's comments are "not who we are as a party" and violate the Constitution, according to Republican Rep. Matt Salmon, who attended the gathering.

Just called Ryan’s DC office - Nobody taking calls, and the mailbox is full ... Called his Janesville office - no answer ... Called his office in Kenosha, and their lines are busy with “exceptionally high volume of calls” - so I left a message. Told him he does NOT speak for all Republicans; that Mr. Trump is correct, and Cong. Ryan is wrong; That unless he is keen on seeing another Sept 11 style attack or another San Bernardino type attack, he had best get it through his head that unless already American citizens, any further Muslim immigrants are Persona non Grata.
I wish they would already.
