Matt Drudge Might Elect Donald Trump

Donald Trump has already won one important primary, and that's why he's not going anywhere any time soon.

Every time Donald Trump says or does something that would destroy the careers of most politicians, he maintains or even gains supporters. It seems that nothing he does erodes his support. His voters are loyal, that's for sure.

If you want to understand the Trump phenomenon and the durability of his campaign, you have to understand his voters and how they get their information. Many on the left mistakenly think that Trump supporters are "low-information voters." Nothing could be further from the truth. Actually, it's the opposite. They consume a lot of news and information, and almost all of it comes from their most trusted source - Matt Drudge.

Matt Drudge is all in for Trump, and he is making sure that his millions of daily readers are getting the news.

The problem with Media, Democrats and RINO Establishment have in understanding Trump is in realizing that their lies, deceit, pandering, accusations, subterfuge, hypocrisy, obfuscation and “we don’t give a sh!t what you think” attitude have reached its own peak.

Non liberal Voters have had enough lies and dissembling and they are ready to do something about it.

I am more concerned with the new citizen-voters that are being created wholesale and will be sworn in right up to October. They are all told that their first duty as new Americans is to go vote. Clinton did it in 1996. Hussein is surely multiplying it. Clinton swore them in in stadiumfuls.

Drudge is great... he's the person who every newspaper in the country was afraid of... it was never 'The Internet' that was their competition - it was always 'Drudge'... He and he alone gave people access to news that made sense to them... that reflected what they knew and understood about reality.

Drudge beat the New York Times by being honest... by being trustworthy... by sharing the truth as he knew it.

Remember at the New Correspondents Dinner - the jokes about eating dog? The so called journalists got the jokes because they read Drudge - the 'people' who only read the MSM had no idea what the jokes were about...

That's the difference. Drudge shares the truth with his readers... the MSM acts like a mean school marm - a gatekeeper - who controls the 'news' only for the chosen ones.

Excellent! And to tell you the truth, Free Republic is a much better place for conservatives and patriots to follow the news because you can hear what lots of people think — and comment.

I appreciate what Drudge has done, but I wish he would get rid of Javascripts and ads on his site that frustrate browsing the site other than to get in and get out quickly before the page refreshes.

Drudge and FR broke down their barriers to real news over a decade ago, and that access is destroying their hold on America. Remember how FR exposed Dan Rather as a lying scum bag posing as a news person.
