not sure state troopers could be assigned. the entire mess was a civil action under the jurisdiction of first the state court and then federal district court. state court judge actually referenced that the only thing that girl is gonna do is die. the husband was relentless and on a roll. the courts aided and abetted him. it was horrible.
I believe the governor of a state has control over state troopers because he is the chief law enforcement officer of said state.Heb had no balls.
actually he does. he sent in the Florida Dept of Law Enforcement (equivalent to the State Police) and had them physically remove her from the nursing home and convey her to a hospital where the feeding tube was re-inserted. her dirtbag husband and his pro-death attorney then sought relief from the federal court and Jeb was out of it. they also were helped by the ACLU (surprise there).
jeb did all he could. those who criticize him in this matter, in my opinion, either do not care to look it up or have an adverse agenda.
When I say stand up, I mean stand up to any and all. As Jackson said the court has rendered it opinion, now let them enforce it.You can stick up for him if you like but I see weakness and a lack of fitness to be president. His piss poor polling numbers prove me right.
