Which brings us back to the real question. Is what Huma did illegal? There are all kinds of rules about what a Federal Employee can and cannot do. As a former one I’m very aware of that. But I’m not familiar with what a “Special Government Employee” can get away with.

I understand your reasoning but I can’t share your pessimism only because if Hillary does win our nation is truly finished. I believe a large number of our fellow Americans, at least enough of them, are awakening to the troubles Hillary would unleash on this country, and add additional grief to all of us. Maybe I’m way too optimistic and you could very well be on the money about Hillary, but if your scenario comes true we’re truly toast as a nation! Hillary and Bill have sold us out to every big money despot and enemy of America to enrich their phony foundation, and essentially themselves. How many favors and IOUs will be cashed in at our expense if Hillary is elected?
Not future. Huma has been the closest person to Hillary since the 1990s. Clearly U.S. foreign policy vis a vis the Middle East was influenced, if not dictated by Huma, who is not only the daughter of Muslim Brotherhood strategists, but also had a paid job writing Muslim Brotherhood propaganda while she with Hillary in the State Department. Huma’s brotherhood also has devoted his life to bringing shariah to the world. Anthony Weiner looked like he was on a trajectory to higher office. Huma was installed into the catbird seat of executive power of the USA while she was in college and she’s stayed next to the Clintons ever since. She is co-chair of Hillary’s campaign. Is the reality too much for people to get their minds around?

A background check would have disqualified her from all civil service work, one would think. Since she got into the Clinton inner circle while she was still a college student and continue to operate “at the top,” maybe nobody had the nerve to have a background check done. Or maybe they did and someone gave instructions to ignore all her Muslim Brotherhood connections, familial and her promotional work for the Muslim Brotherhood. Huma was long ago part of the inner circle. Bill Clinton personally officiated at what would seem the most unlikely of weddings.

I think, but may be wrong, that the President (and perhaps even the Secretary of State) can override that for individuals. How that would work for some of the spy agencies clearances I’m not sure.
Yes, it seems she was likely ok’d outside civil service review. My point is that it seems impossible that she would have passed civil service review, had she been so reviewed. Ditto for BHO.

Yes, concur. Although I don’t know how stringent they are these days, especially if an individual is a “twofer” or better. Female, Muslim, and whatever other victim blocs she represents might be too good to resist.
