Kinda funny looking at downtown Pyongyang on Google earth. There are a few cars but nothing like you would expect in any modern city.

The thing about Pyongyang is that it is literally a Potemkin Village, you have to have permission from the government to even live there. The rest of the cities in North Korea are nothing like Pyongyang.
