Better stock up on pellets, the feds will probably start buying em all up to keep you from shooting your eye out.
Or tax each pellet,
or make it so each batch has a signature of material.

No fire/combustion = not a firearm. Wacky judges! Take a look at one of these puppies: http://www.quackenbushairguns.com/LA_Outlaw.htm .
This is an air rifle that shoots .458 bullets at 700+ fps. The bullets are twice the weight of those from a Colt .45.
Go ahead let any felon you want have one of these.

Okay, so if a BB gun counts as a firearm, wouldn’t a slingshot or a spit ball?
Given the courts’ ability to redefine words, there remains only one burning question. Can you marry a BB gun?

Make a law defining what specifications are not to be owned by felons, stick it with the rules on switchblades, etc., NOT firearms. The text of the law has to mean something. I would also say the guy busted for forgery and conspiracy 15 years ago should be allowed to purchase a Daisy BB Gun for his grandkid or nephew, or even himself.

The term “Firearm” means it requires some type of fire or explosion to push a projectile out of the barrel?
BB guns use compressed air. How then can the two be termed equal as “Firearms”?

What about bow and arrows? The cross bow is in danger of being reclassified with those idiots making up the rules.

According to the new laws, if you have a meaningful relationship with your bb gun, you may marry it. The laws restricting marriage to one man and one woman were old fashioned, restrictive, and discriminatory. The New Enlightened World Order does not discriminate against anyone or thing except Christians, Conservatives, Whites, and legitimate gun owners. Every pervert, every degenerate can do and say anything that please. Especially if they do or say it against Whites, Christians, Conservatives, and legitimate gun owners.

I agree. But the courts have ruled that two creatures utterly incapable of performing a conjugal act count as "married". Their are legal definitions for meats and fruits and vegetables and dairy products that conform to neither a scientific categorization nor to common use. Words mean whatever the courts say they mean. Hence a device with no "fire" is a "firearm".

“He broke conditions of his parole, case closed.”
Only if it was specifically stated he couldn’t have a BB gun
in his terms of probation. Do you know this for a fact? If
not then either you have to accept that compressed co2 is
equivalent to combustion as in a true firearm. In that case
I would like to hear what your definition of “is” is.

That does not make the court correct. BB “guns” are not firearms no matter what any court says.

Felons can get almost any gun they want. Stop pretending the got will be there to protect you.
You are either delusional or an idiot if you believe that. Take your pick.
