Did y’all FINALLY get some snow?
Howdy, LUV!
Mine would have been a “B” year, I guess, if Dad hadn’t died. That was the big downer.
I’m right there with ya on being ready to be rid of the idiots in charge in DC.
Hi Luv! Sorry I’m late but I was “forced” to watch the Penguins-Blackhawks hockey game with my son. :)
I got a “B” for my year, and why not? I’m pretty content; coasting, actually. I’m satisfied with my life and don’t have a whole lot more to accomplish. At least I see no need to risk health and sanity over work and stuff.
Oh, I’m so sorry your dad died! May he rest in peace! (((hugs)))
You have a wonderful attitude! I think your grade should have been an A! :)
He is at peace now. That’s the one thing that makes his loss bearable. He was sick for a while.
But life goes on and I have many wonderful memories and a LOT of emails I’m saving that keep him “alive”. :-)
Congratulations, belatedly, on your beautiful baby girl! Children are such a blessing. No matter what else, you were given a gift of joy this past year.
I’m glad he’s not sick any more. I know he is missed and I’ll be he knows it, too!
Hope to hear from you soon.
Semper Fi, Michael!
Same here. But he’s still with me and always will be.
And there’s still plenty to be thankful for so life is good.
Hmmm, you’re getting pretty good at this :-)
LOL! I’m getting my “thang” back. Just been a while since I spent every night at the Canteen and I was rusty.

With maturity, I’m now grateful that God didn’t curse me with too many brains. If He had, I would have been snapped up out of law school by some big firm, where I would have worked 10 hour days seven days per week, and wound up a burned out divorced alcoholic on anti-depressants at age 34. Instead, I didn’t chase money, have a nice home, enduring marriage, grown sons with every prospect of being successful in their own right, and I am respected in my profession and my community. Yes, I have every reason to be content with that.

You’re a philosopher...and a good one! I need your positive vibes! :)
Collect them and trade them with your friends.
LOL! Like baseball cards! :)
Brrrrrrr!!! That is darn cold...but ain’t it about time for the east coast to have winter? LOL!
Stay warm and stay safe on possibly icy roads in the mornings!
