You are full of it el. Every president in my life time has been much more liberal than the candidate so nothing new, and Trump may actually become more conservative but none of the k-street lackeys are likely to become more conservative.

Not very long ago, Trump was funding the likes of Hillary and Bill, praising them, supporting them, making apologias for Bills crimes related to his inability to control his libido. It’s okay with me if Trump wants to be a Republican and especially if he’s repented and wants to be a conservative. But what you need to remember is what was said about Wendell Willkie by an Indiana Senator who noted Willkie’d changed parties to run against FDR. He said, “I don’t care if the town whore joins the church, but I don’t want her to lead the choir the first week.” You want a Democrat whore to lead our country, a man so deep in Clintonism that we cannot know if he won’t slip back into it. He is a man who is possessed of the same unprincipled, hypocritical, cynical, opportunistic values.

And for Trump to bash Cruz as not an American is???

Trump did no such thing and you know it. He said the issue has come up and it would be awful if court cases come up during or after the primary it would be bad. By the way Rubio brought this up before Trump, according to Rush this morning.

Trump has deviously interjected this into the campaign and it is working, the White House press secretary commented on it this week as well.

There are currently, I think, no less than 3 states that have cases concerning challenges to the NBC status of Cruz, so it isn't like the issue was not going to come up. It really doesn't matter how all this shakes out because the seeds of doubt have been planted. Not to mention the fact that the democrat judicial system shielded Obama from any challenge to his NBC status, there is little reason to believe that they would do the same for Cruz.

It is sad that Freepers are so willing to do the democrats opposition research for free which is all these threads accomplish, so lighten up a little. This is how the 30% Romney was so easily taken down in the general.
