bet she is doing her level best right now groveling to Obama so she can get a pardon while he is still on the job.
She has 377 days to get her conviction in time to make it happen.
This is one time for her to beg instead of laugh it off, and to expedite things.
She probably figures she can just pardon herself once she’s been sworn in. I think the MSM figures that should be fine too.

I think more likely someone below her will go to jail for her so she will pardon the person when she’s elected president

I am of the opinion that not even Democrats will vote for a candidate under indictment, or even one referred for indictment, the only reason being that it “it looks bad”.
It's all in the timing... Obama has no choice but to bail her out of this one.
Hopefully, she will be indicted before it is too late for the USA. However, I have yet to talk to anyone who doesn’t think she is criminal. Some surprising people too.

Well since people obviously knew better when they elected lesser evils who have NEVER IN HISTORY done anything but grovel to the clintons, I guess there will be silence on the issue from the right. Because if people on the right cared about such trivialities, they’d have elected principled people.
