Sorry if any one has already replied to you. Natural born Citizen is the requirement for both the President and Vice President. Just those two. It isn’t just about divided loyalties - it is also because another country could (can) lay legal claim to the US President.
You’re proving my point if you are talking about Trump. People aren’t as focused on what he’s proposing, as they are on his going after Clinton hard, not only defeating her, but humiliating her. I’m convinced that is the main reason he’s leading.

These are not debates. I hate the sight of them. I think I will watch no more primary debates. Blech.
Cruz proved he was not “brilliant” making the derogatory remark against “New York values” just because he was working a mad against Donald Trump. A rookie mistake that will cost him with more than New Yorkers, and which clearly handed an opportunity to TRUMP, that he jammed down Cruz’ throat while winning the hearts of New Yorkers who cheered his elegant answer back to Cruz. Some who beforehand may have been Democrat voters, and may now appreciate TRUMP.
The last poll I saw last week had Trump doing much worse against Hillary and Sanders than Cruz and Rubio. The idea that he would do better against Hillary is not backed up by anything I’ve seen. His favorability is some of the lowest. And Trump’s the only candidate where I just randomly hear people in person who are not that into politics say they hate him, think he’s a joke or make fun of them. Trump comes with built-in negatives with the general public that no other candidate besides Hillary does.

Thanks for that info. If the Senate thinks giving Cruz a pass on NBC will help him beat Trump, they just might do it, even if they don’t like him. They can’t stand Trump.
The birth issue is already settled. McCain ran and he had the same kind of birth to U.S. citizens not on U.S. soil.
You can be only two things, a naturalized citizen or a natural-born citizen. Cruz is a natural-born citizen. If you don’t have to immigrate here, it means you’re had to be a citizen at birth.
As someone said earlier, Jeb should just go catch frogs instead of debating.

The establishment is now warming up to Trump because they know he has no firm ideology, has held liberal positions in the past and still currently holds more liberal positions than Cruz on issues like Cuba, Snowden, NSA surveillance, religious liberty, etc. Cruz is the establishment’s real enemy. They will pick Trump over Cruz every time. They know Cruz is the real deal, is out to destroy their stranglehold on the country and cannot be talked out of it.
I’d say today the only group you can generalize about safely in a GOP debate are Muslims and even that’s risky

As I explained in an earlier post, I used to work in the data business and I can access political affiliations, political donation history for about 85 % + of the US population.
I can pull whatever I want before I make one call and get the result I want. That’s how the Fraud is scoring 50% approval rating. I pull a sample of 1,000 people I already know are 60% democrats and Obozo winds up with 50 % approval. Polls are totally engineered.
That said it doesn’t matter even if the poll you quote is accurate, talk to conservatives and they will tell you they really believe Trump is the best bet to beat the PIAPS.
