I have a $25 refurbished Garmin GPS in my car. It would never let me get so far off the highway that I would drive into Canada or Iran if I was on the water.

But that presumes they will be used properly and that their CINC will stand behind them, order them to stand firmly against enemies, and will send them...immediately...the help they may need.
