But when required to legally verify the facts claimed on Obama’s HI BC, state registrar Alvin Onaka refused to do so for AZ SOS Ken Bennett. The only way Bennett received ANYTHING is because Loretta Fuddy put HER seal on a misleading statement that appeared to (but didn’t) verify a HI birth but failed to verify any other claim on that BC, including gender, date of birth, county of birth, mother’s name, and father’s name. So what was on the document didn’t even claim that Obama was born a male on Oahu on Aug 4, 1961, to Stanley Ann Dunham and Barack Hussein Obama - and the document did NOT bear the seal of Alvin Onaka whose signature was to be certified. It contained the seal of Loretta Fuddy whose signature was nowhere on the document, when the seal is to be used to certify her signature.
IOW, HI state registrar Alvin Onaka refused to certify ANYTHING regarding Obama’s birth or birth certificate. If what Loretta Fuddy snuck her seal onto is accurate, there is a BC on file that claims a Hawaii birth but it is not legally valid. The fact that Onaka refused to put his seal on the document leaves room for that to not even be the case.
Gov Neil Abercrombie told his friend, Mike Evans, that he and his people had looked everywhere for a birth certificate for Obama and could not find one. The most they found was some mention of Obama - actually written down - in the archives somewhere.
That quote by Linda Lingle is not even accurate; they have never issued a statement that Obama was born at Kapiolani Hospital in Honolulu, HI. If she stated as “fact” something so demonstrably untrue, why believe anything she said? Especially when 2 other very friendly-to-Obama sources (Neil Abercrombie and Alvin Onaka) have said the exact opposite of even this false statement that Lingle made - with Onaka being required by statute to verify the existence of a BC and the facts on it if the facts submitted for verification are claimed on a legally-valid BC.
HI AG DAvid Louie - after Abercrombie’s statements to Mike Evans became public - fell back on the claim that Obama’s name is in the birth index. But I have shown that the birth index was manipulated, containing the birth names of 2 adopted children whose BC’s under their birth names are not only non-valid but SUPPOSED TO BE sealed by court order. I also have evidence that the database itself was manipulated, since Virginia Sunahara’s birth record was not found in the database when the HDOH worker checked. And there is evidence that several “authentic” documents from the HDOH are, in fact, forged by someone at the HDOH who left red flags to show the forgery was done under duress (A Territory of Hawaii file number on a State of Hawaii death certificate, for instance). Who would have ordered somebody to forge a document under duress? Well, Loretta Fuddy is neck-deep in the deceptions. Absent her interference, there would be NO legal claim of a Hawaii birth for Obama. She is the ONLY one providing a legal fig leaf - impersonating her registrar to do so in the case of the BEnnett “verification”.
And now she’s supposedly dead.
Money is injury. Trump has spent money campaigning against Cruz. If Cruz is ineligible, Trump’s campaign money has been stolen from him by Crua’s candidacy when ineligible.
Alvin Onaka did not put his seal on either of the “verifications”. He is the only one who can verify birth facts - and statute requires him to do so if he can - and he refused. Loretta Fuddy had to put HER seal on those documents, for the SOS’s to receive ANYTHING.
Onaka was required to verify everything he could, and Onaka refused to verify anything, as evidenced by the absence of his seal to certify his signature.
Try it. The lawyers will appreciate your money for nothing.
None of the recipients of Letters of Verification from the Hawaii Registrar ever challenged those letters’ status as official: two states’ Secretaries of State, a federal judge in Mississippi and the Justices of the Alabama Supreme Court.
I wish that Dr. Chiyome Fukino and Dr. Alvin Onaka had been deposed and/or that they had been called to testify under oath before a congressional committee, but unfortunately that happened.

BEnnett said flat-out that he would put Obama’s name on the ballot as long as HI gave him SOMETHING. So they gave him a piece of garbage that, if it had been legally certified to verify anything, would have verified that Obama has no valid US birth certificate. And sure enough, Bennett accepted it just like he said he would.
I doubt that any of those people knew that Onaka’s seal is different from Fuddy’s. They ASSumed that the HDOH was an honest player, and that people like me who have evidence of the opposite are just “crazy conspiracists”. With that kind of “due diligence” this nation has been ripe for a big, big fall. That’s why I started speaking up about any of this - not because of Obama, but because the system poses an existential danger to this nation. Nobody will listen.
Except Trump.
Arizona has a different Secretary of State now; no need to relive the past.
The Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, U.S. District Court Judge Henry T. Wingate, and all nine (Republican) members of the Alabama Supreme Court also received copies of Letters of Verification. None of them questioned them either.
Like I said, they all presumed that the HDOH has been acting in good faith, in spite of evidence that I and others have collected showing otherwise.
They had no idea that the same Loretta Fuddy who ordered forgeries to be made (Sunahara’s death certificate and Ah Nee’s birth certificate) and BC#’s to be swapped around (those 2 plus Stig Waidelich’s, at the very least) also sneaked her own seal onto those letters, to hide that Onaka refused to use his seal - refused to verify ANYTHING.
This is why a vigilant citizenry is necessary, and why the regime pays bots to slander vigilant citizens. It’s also why Obama’s handlers threatened the media heads with annihilation if they allowed vigilant citizens to be heard.
2008 was a coup. Silencing vigilant citizens was a critical need, for Obama’s handlers to carry out that coup.
Its a shame then that no one with superior knowledge was able to convince any other state’s Chief Election officials or members of Congress to investigate further.
