nteresting. But so what if there's a private jet bound from Anchorage to Iowa? That could be a coincidence. Or...uh, maybe not:
Oh my. The jet is headed to Ames, then hopping over to Tulsa? Exactly mirroring Trump's campaign itinerary? Dude. This might actually be happening. And what a splash it would make less than two weeks before Iowa.
Should Palin's endorsement both come to fruition (there have been clues along the way), and push Trump over the top, emotionalist nationalistic populism will have officially supplanted principled, policy-driven, limited-government conservatism as the currently dominant strain within the American right-wing. I'll leave you with this, because why not at this point?
GO TRUMP!
Attempting to appease the Left is impossible and it plays into giving in to what they want; much like appeasing a child having a tantrum. Better to deliver a double-dose bitch-slap.
Didn't invite you though I guess.
Lol.
I trust her too..
Folks no one is going to be named VP today regardless of who the surprise is. They don’t do that until later, even Trump.
I don’t think the article or OP said anything about Trump’s VP.
“I’d be good with Trump/Palin. Would rather Trump/Cruz, but Trump/Palin would work”
Same here.
Trump MUST have a solid conservative running mate to keep his conservative supporters. I personally will not vote for him if he moves left in the general, especially by picking a milquetoast moderate as a running mate.
My preferred choices: Cruz, West, Palin.
Unfortunately, the bad blood started over the “natural born citizen” issue may make a Trump-Cruz ticket impossible.
If Trump gets the nod and chooses Palin, Cruz would make an excellent attorney general. And, if he could get confirmed, he would be a stellar Supreme Court Justice.
Oh chae can you see a more crazy lunatic than me...
I had not thought of it until now, but I wonder: How many (nominally Republican) Palin haters are also Trump haters?
And it would save Cruz for a much-needed constitutionalist Supreme Court appointment.
That's why TERM LIMITS. They should not be there long enough to be "turned".
I believe The Constitution is the answer but, what do I know?
I guess it’s a lofty ideal to look there for the country we once knew when emotional populism reigns.
The Constitution has been undermined by Congress and SCOTUS who have failed to block the unconstitutional actions of an tyrannical executive branch. In fact, they have been complicit in these actions.
