Deeply hurt? Start thinking and put your feelings back in their proper container. Trump and Palin are now populists, not conservatives.

Game, Set, Match. If Ted had played his cards right he would be VP, but his arrogance demanded he go for the Grand Prize. Now he will not be VP, he will not have a place in the Trump administration, and he will not have Palin to save him in the next Senate Race. He could have been a contender, but hubris is his downfall.
Funny, but Cruz will never be the VP now, and Trump will not have him in his administration. Cruz screwed the pooch.
