You can bet that there will be several IA polls coming out this weekend, because there will be keep interest to judge the Palin Effect on the race. I predict that polls released probably on Sunday or maybe Monday will show that Trump has pulled ahead beyond the margin of error, leading by 5 or 6 points.

Cruz has to explain why he is a Natural Born Citizen. He cannot be VP or President until that is absolutely clear. I like Cruz, but he needs to explain it and not laugh it off like it does not matter.

At some point, Cruz publicly acknowledges what we all know. He is not qualified, because he now knows that, as a matter of law, he is a naturalized citizen. Good on him for doing the right thing, and elevating the "born in the US" prong of NBC in the national consciousness. He suspends his campaign.
Front page news for sure. Would take a few days to sink in, but most people would adopt and agree with the fact that NBC requires born in the USA.
A few days later, Trump or anybody else with a prominent media presence produces reliable evidence that Obama's Hawaii BC is a forgery. Maybe there is a custodian of records in the UK that has a record of Barry's birth, on its books.
Result? Well, I can dream, can't I?
That depends on how grown-up both sides are. I haven't seen anything yet that makes me think they have irreconcilable differences.

The best thing for the country would be for him to admit and even celebrate that he is naturalized, and therefore not qualified for Pres or VP. That would facilitate an awakening of public, which is long overdue.
