When asked by Ammoland if Trump still supports this position, Trump artfully dodged the question and only claimed (THIS IS ANOTHER DIRECT QUOTE) that he “still generally opposes gun control”.

ANOTHER DIRECT QUOTE FROM A TRUMP INTERVIEW: Trump recently claimed that ‘assault’ weapons should be banned by stating, “who needs them except criminals and police?”

TRUMP SUPPORTED SINGLE-PAYER SOCIALIZED MEDICINE EVEN IN TEH 2016 DEBATES:
Trump responded: “As far as single payer, it works in Canada, it works incredibly well in Scotland.”

So please forgive us if we don’t all drink the Trump koolaid, but it is very hard to believe that Trump has changed nearly EVERY SINGLE LIBERAL position that he has held for the last 30 years, including positions that he has held ON RECORD as recently as 2012, 2013, 2015, AND 2016. Trump is a fraud, but I know facts are irrelevant to Trumpsters because they “feel” and “know” and “believe” that Trump has changed.
