The FBI is ready to indict Hillary Clinton and if its recommendation isn't followed by the U.S. attorney general, the agency's investigators plan to blow the whistle and go public with their findings, former U.S. House Majority leader Tom DeLay tells Newsmax TV.

"I have friends that are in the FBI and they tell me they're ready to indict," DeLay said Monday on "The Steve Malzberg Show."

"They're ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they're going public."

Sometimes the “court of public opinion” I is more significant than any court of law.

They're simply not enough people left who care if the government goes totally corrupt. Everyone in government now is part of the club, and the rest of us are out of luck. Its a sad end to a once great nation.

Gasp!! That is criminal. Don't you think they know that? That is why it is widely assumed the report will be leaked and I doubt it can be traced. Sometimes civil disobedience is needed. Particularly, if there is no grand jury and no effort by the AG to follow the FBI’s professional recommendation. A competent candidate can do wonders with this.

Delay is the fifth person to have stated this. This was widely leaked in the past week or two. It barely made the mainstream media, but it was there.

This is old. It was widely leaked a week or two ago that the FBI is ready to ask the Justice Dept to indict. Are you that naïve that you don't think the Clintons don't know what is going on? It was leaked about a month ago that there are 150 FBI investigators working the case. That the case escalated from the emails to the Clinton Foundation and its entanglements and blurring the lines of the Foundation and State Dept. The FBI is more interested in that aspect.

It was also reported that the Intelligence professionals are very upset how the Beast handled the emails and if there is no indictment, the Intelligence professionals are going to rebel...how, I don't know.

I believe this was first reported by Monica Crowley at the Washington Times. She was interviewed on the radio is how I first heard about it. She said the FBI would never have that many investigators assigned to the case if they were not uncovering evidence and planning to ask for an indictment.

And yes, the Clintons knew all about this before Monica Crowley shed light on it.

I’ll believe it when I see a grand jury.

If it comes to that they will buy time with a special prosecutor.

Are you that naive that you don’t think the Clintons don’t know what is going on?”

Why would you assume that I would not know that the Clintons don’t know what was going on, when they are asked about it continually?

I was referring to this statement:

“They’re ready to recommend an indictment and they also say that if the attorney general does not indict, they’re going public.”

The revelation about “going public” seems to me to be new, and could get people in trouble.

>>With a pardon Hillary can’t claim the 5th so she would have to tell all on Obama.<<

Are you sure? I don’t remember Nixon or Marc Rich having to allocute or testify as if granted immunity.

First it says the FBI is ready to indict her. The FBI can charge her but they don’t indict anyone. In fact, if they’re so sure charging her is EXACTLY what they SHOULD do.

People also need to accept that indicting Hillary would also bring down Bill and every federal employee who SENT top secret info to Hillary at an email address that doesn’t end in .gov. None of that will happen.

The key element in this is now the repeated statements she made that the documents sent weren’t labeled classified. That’s because it’s now clear she ordered her aides to copy the communications (maybe by taking photos of the pages) and sending to her private server. The top secret servers of intelligence communications CANNOT have their messages forwarded to outside servers. To copy and then send separately is called going over the “air gap” to her private server. The three aides involved— Cheryl Mills (who has lawyered up), Huma Abedin (who might turn tables on Hill’s now she is outed as a Muslim Brotherhood agent), and Jake Sullivan (who could also spill— but should do so before he gets murdered). The Air Gap requires, in every instance, a MAJOR illegal act— an act possibly of espionage and definitely of treason. Each act- of which is now known to be over 1200 emails and counting. 55K more to be released by State by Jan. 29th (even though they are stalling- due to the blizzard— really!).

They can release her radical files— from her Greensboro days, and .... the fact she owes her career to Billy Clintoon and company. This is mob gang stuff here— time for full firefight.

It will be a lot easier to indict her after she loses Iowa and New Hampshire. Which is going to happen.

As long as the AG doesn’t indict, Hillary will skate. Half the country won’t give a damn about the FBI going public.

My guess is, you are a few points too high on that estimate.

If the FBI goes public on Hillary, and Zero's DoJ indicts or doesn't, and she is nominated, the Republican candidate will run the table (except for DC, maybe).

Of course, as of now, it is more and more looking like Bernie, not Hillary, wins the 'Rat nomination, independent of the whatever the FBI and the Justice Department do.

Similar result in November. Minus Vermont, maybe.

Zero and ValJar will have to act! Plugs will get in and manage to shut out Bernie. In November, there will be a real race, but Plugs will lose. Who knows how the electoral vote will end up?

Hillary's done.

She's not just yesterday's news, she's last century's news.
