Nice job on the title, failing to disclose it is Rush’s less famous, less-talented (still on loan from God, but doubtless at a lower interest rate!) brother.

My first thought too. Amazing level of desperation today from all corners of the Cruz camp. Laughable.
He doesn’t have 20 million weekly listeners, he didn’t single handedly save the AM dial, he hasn’t been the single most listened to radio talk show host for over 25 years running. But Rush has.
Then proudly put David Limbaugh’s name in the thread title if he is so outstanding. You insult him.

Something I’ve noted of recent is that people here are now knocking Limbaugh, Stein, Levin and other radio and hosts who before Trump stepped on the stage were generally favored....now they’re suddenly the enemy. It’s like anyone and every thing that isn’t for Trump is out to get them! But then Trump thinks that as well...so....

I would say in the general public, 99% of Americans could identify Rush Limbaugh, and perhaps 5% could identify David Limbaugh. On FR, maybe 50% would indentify David.
Using solely the last name -- Limbaugh -- leads the reader to *assume* it's Rush: with the implied prestige and cachet of political savvy which it carries.
WUZ dat "identify" or "indemnify" ? ;-)
