Good, I wish more people would and could do what you did.

She may have "learned", but she hasn't "mastered" it. You haven't mastered it until you can hand it back with a quip that makes others laugh it off; then use your leverage elsewhere over the long game.

She, however, remains hysterical and sounds like a loser whenever she talks about him, which is all the time. He's now living rent-free in her head. She has lost. Time for Ailes to cut his losses.

Whiny trumpsters!!!

You all should be kissing Kelly's butt. If not for her, the varnish would have wore off THE Donald long ago. I haven't settled on anyone just yet but it will definitely not be the vainglorius Trump.

I would never have guessed so many Freepers willing to abandon conservative values for someone like Trump.

Certainly not rasing.."a standard to which the wise and honest can repair." G Washington.

Ronald Reagan would probably fail your conservative purity test.

It is not his conservative credentials I question, It is his hubris. I was not of fan of his long before he decided to run. Character means a lot to me and a bully is a bully. Never equated Reagan as a bully. Never stooped to personal attacks. THAT is my beef with THE Donald. i.e. “the standard”

Fair enough. I think it was what was needed to break through.

She has zero credibility. It’s clear that she will stop at nothing to advance herself.

A couple of days ago I posted this on another thread. “I am not certain how this all plays out but I kind of understand the aberration that is Trump. My feeling is his disjointed support is a message to all of the senators and congressmen that got swept into off during the last two election cycles. By reneging on their promise to fight Obama and the Dems they no longer trust anyone considered “establishment” in congress. They are pissed beyond reason and I do not blame them. Hopefully they will reengage and vote intelligently. However, whoever gets elected; be aware, the anger will be even greater next time if they are scape goated again.”

Think of it this way - We came off of defeating the USSR and the first Golf War. We had a booming economy - what happened?

Free trade has destroyed America's middle class instead of enriching it as promised. The borders were broken open. 9/11 happened which caused us to spend untold billions to trillions to rebuild crap holes in the middle east and they still hate us and then the Wall Street types we are supposed to give low taxes and low regulations to repaid our trust by collapsed the economy. This happened under Dems and Reps. How do you you expect people to feel?

There in lies the problem. Where do we lay our trust? Being betrayed so many times, how does my vote really count. I am not happy to expect luck to do anything good at this point. Truth is, with the ever expanding welfare state and bailouts, we apparently haven't suffered enough. The next betrayal, and it will come, could precipitate a revolt unseen for 150 years. I am too old at this point to effect any great change and I fear for my children and grandchildren. With most people engaged in the hollow past time of social media and disengagement, I don't really see a happy outcome.

However, if the past is any indication, disaster seems to strip away political politeness and the doers of all stripes come together to right the ship. When? I don't know, but probably not soon.

And, with the enemies at the gates waiting for America to be weakened, wait to pounce!

“Everything about this WP profile of Kelly makes me like Trump more and her less.”

She certainly comes across a PURE BRED FEMINIST in this article. If they were trying to show her as professional and above it all, THEY FAILED MISERABLY.

...and BY THE WAY, we conservatives attack ANY REPORTER that is compromised, not just because it’s a woman - ask Dan Rather about that. The DIFFERENCE, this time, is that Trump WILL NOT allow her to hide behind her dress when she tries that garbage.

There will be a lot of SOUL SEARCHING at Fox as to whether picking a fight with Trump...and they are going to see something like 10% of their yearly profit FLUSHED DOWN THE DRAIN by driving Trump out.

“Since when did the moderator become the story?”

Since Candy Crowly called Romney a FLAT OUT LIAR at the second debate in 2012 when he was not lying...but by then the damage was done and Obama had the break he needed to win re-election.

If a moderate REFUSES to be unbiased, then NO CANDIDATE should agree to appear. With some of the quotes in this article, it is the OTHER CANDIDATES that should be questioned as to why they don’t quit.

Without asking for it, Kelly has become something of a feminist icon just by being a woman who stands up for herself.

And lost her stature as a newsperson by injecting herself into the story instead of merely Reporting it.
