Didn’t Trump also promise that all profits from his scam seminars, oops I mean Trump University would go to charity? But somehow nothing has been donated?

Any “veterans” group that rejects Trump’s money is in reality a political group posing as a veterans group. It is they, not Trump, who are hiding behind veterans. If they truly cared about veterans first, they would accept money from any legal source.

Do the Trump Twist........ I believe most Trump supporters second jobs are carney people who twist themselves into pretzels.

Some people do have morals and do not like to be played like a whore house piano on Saturday night. Good for these leaders of the Veterans groups

Of course, all of this assumes that Trump had any plans of giving the money to Veterans in the first place, as opposed to ‘just saying’ that he was going to so, that his temper tantrum would look more noble.

When it comes to Trump letting loose of his money he expects a return for doing so in one form or another...it’s not like he donates or offers out of a generous heart....though he does so on occasion if the mood strikes him ...in small amounts.

But if he doesn’t get what he thinks is “fair” in return then he will find a way to excuse himself from doing so, generally by finding something they did or didn’t do they should have etc. etc.

Like his real history on deals...they are never as slick as he presents them as.

Feb 1, 2015: ".....For someone who constantly toots his own success horn ("I'm the most successful person to ever run for the presidency, by far"), Donald Trump sure does fail a lot.....

There was Trump Airlines, Trump Mortgage ("Who knows more about financing than me?"), Trump the board game, Trump casinos, and three stabs at Trump magazines (may they all rest in peace). Though The Donald doesn't drink, there was also Trump Vodka ("success distilled"), with Trump once predicting the "T&T" (a Trump and Tonic) would become the most "called-for cocktail in America," before the company ceased production due to lack of interest. There was also Trump Steaks (the "world's greatest"), which used to be featured in the Sharper Image catalogue, where most people go for their meat-buying needs. As Time suggests: "The company has since been discontinued— maybe it had something to do with the Trump Steakhouse in Las Vegas being closed down in 2012 for 51 health code violations, including serving five-month old duck."

But most egregious was Trump University, a purported real estate school that attracted the attention of New York's attorney general, who brought a $40 million suit on behalf of 5,000 people. The New York Times described Trump U as "a bait-and-switch scheme," with students lured "by free sessions, then offered packages ranging from $10,000 to $35,000 for sham courses that were supposed to teach them how to become successful real estate investors." Though Trump himself was largely absentee, one advertisement featured him proclaiming, "Just copy exactly what I've done and get rich."

While some students were hoping to glean wisdom directly from the success oracle, there was no such luck. At one seminar, attendees were told they'd get to have their picture taken with Trump. Instead, they ended up getting snapped with his cardboard cutout....................... -- Source

the guy dishes it out but cries like a baby when it comes at him

Most narcissists do.

Look at Obama's reactions when he does not get his way and compare that to Trump's reactions to what is going on right now.

Identical. They could be twins if it was not for the hair.

Stop following me from thread to thread and laying out your spew.....if you have something to say regarding the topic do so, otherwise stop these ridiculous insults. I have a great deal of tolerance to such trash but you’ve crossed that line several times...now it’s enough...put it away and just join the ‘discussion’ as most Freepers do..

Agreed. There are political hacks somewhere between the charity and the vets.

This is exactly how I picture Trump and I did not know anything about this material. The cardboard cutout speaks loads of his narcissist side and of his greatness he feels for himself.

We are in deep trouble if this baby in a suit gets elected. There is no telling what he will do if he ever get angry with his finger that close to the football.

I hoped that America would have woken up the second round of Obama and they didn't, now I am hoping again and feel a let down coming.

I had read about this College failure.....obvious that for him it was just another building to put his “brand” on without any thought to the students who took their studies, and their time investment seriously.

All of this stuff he does is about his great need to be “recognized” but it will never be enough....which is why he moves on quickly to something else.....once he “wins” the challenge and thrill is over and he passes it on to other people to handle for him....he would do do likewise if President....which he would find Washington doesn’t work like a business.

Larry King Live: Trump on real estate investment, propping up and/or nationalizing banks and Barack Obama...

http://www.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0904/15/lkl.01.html

April 2009:

Trump: This is the best time to think like a champion. As an example, the house is being foreclosed. You go see your bank — maybe you can make a deal, maybe you can’t. But you can make a deal with a bank on another house, and much better than the one you’re living in. ... They’ll do any deal to get rid of their product.

They have houses by the thousands. And you go see that bank and you make a deal.

King: How do you assess [Barack Obama]?

Trump: Well, I really like him. I think that he’s working very hard. He’s trying to rebuild our reputation throughout the world. The previous administration was a total disaster, a total catastrophe.

And, you know, the world looks at us differently than they used to. ... He was handed a pretty bad deck of cards. And I’m not saying I agree with everything he’s doing. ... I do agree with what they’re doing with the banks. Whether they fund them or nationalize them, it doesn’t matter, but you have to keep the banks going.

King: Do you assess him as a champion?

Trump: Oh, yes, he’s a champion. I mean, he won against all odds. When he first announced, people were giving him virtually no chance. And he’s just done something that’s amazing....”

The joke is on you. I am not a Trump supporter. But I can recognize the duplicity of a so-called veterans group when I see it.

That's right....but I think Trump surpasses Obama quite a bit because he hasn't learned 'the skill set' Narcissists need to control the impulses we see playing out by Trump. Obama hides his well enough in public.....but Trump can't.

Trumps a wonderful study of a Narcissist without a strong skill set and in full view of the audience, giving the Psychological Community front row seats which they're fabulously enjoying the study of. ......You generally don't have such an opportunity because most don't do well in therapy sessions because they need to control that environment as well....let alone see they have issues. Many successful business men are Narcissist or have some of their traits....but they have taken advice from their mentors or friends who are either stronger then they are or more stable because they use a skill set.

It's all about protecting their fragile ego and shoring it up when their inner emotions get to rocking and rolling.....and that happens when they are afraid of loosing or even the smell of the possibility. Which we're watching play out currently with Trumps actions and his responses regarding the debate.

Interesting is Cruz is using the word..."Afraid" when speaking about Trump.... he's quite aware of who he is dealing with and why he won't clobber Trump....rather he invites him one on one.....an escape....but Cruz is not one he wants to go up against and as that possibility draws closer Trump gets more afraid.....

Apparantly some veterans groups don’t feel like being stage props and pawns in Trump’s spat with the debate holders and other candidates.

Same prez candidate trump in 2000 and today. Maybe in addition to a diaper, he needs a pacifier when a girl scares the piss out of him with.. O my... Unfair questions. I cant even express how much I despise any liberal, progressive who hides behind a group of veterans. What's he gonna do, run over to msnbc so they will softball him? Sounds like Obamas brother. I don't want whinership, I demand leadership.
