Official: Some Clinton emails 'too damaging' to release
Fox News ^ | 01/29/2016 | Catherine Herridge, Pamela K. Browne

Posted on 01/29/2016 11:31:25 AM PST by BenLurkin

The intelligence community has now deemed some of Hillary Clinton's emails "too damaging" to national security to release under any circumstances, according to a U.S. government official close to the ongoing review. A second source, who was not authorized to speak on the record, backed up the finding.

The decision to withhold the documents in full, and not provide even a partial release with redactions, further undercuts claims by the State Department and the Clinton campaign that none of the intelligence in the emails was classified when it hit Clinton's personal server.

Fox News is told the emails include intelligence from "special access programs," or SAP, which is considered beyond “Top Secret." A Jan. 14 letter, first reported by Fox News, from intelligence community Inspector General Charles McCullough III notified senior intelligence and foreign relations committee leaders that "several dozen emails containing classified information" were determined to be "at the CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET, AND TOP SECRET/SAP levels."

It sure looks that way. Therefore, Hillary Clinton has 'mishandled' sensitive national security information, committed perjury, probably compromised the safety of intelligence operatives, violated Obama administration regulations, compromised national security, and most likely did all of the above for her personal enrichment.

And yet, at least 40% of the country would still vote for her.

PA hasn’t gone since 1988, it’s not a swing state anymore.

Especially as long as the Philly machine exists to manufacture the votes needed to win.

The drift "right" is due to how the population is located geographically and how the Congressional districts are drawn up. The GOP should hold on to the House, but the Senate is much more in play for the Dems to take it back in 2016. Turnout during off years and mid-terms is much smaller than in a General Election.

There are more Dems than Reps. Romney won non-Hispanic whites 59-39 and the Independent vote and still lost. Non-Hispanic whites, the GOP power base, is becoming a smaller and smaller percentage of the population.

“So if Joe Biden manages to beat Trump or Cruz; will he pardon her?”

If Joe Biden ever manages to become President Ms. Clinton will be able to escape on one of those flying pigs that now dot our landscape...

I think Catherine Herridge is a legitimate source, so I have to think this is series.

As a former Fox viewer, I've got to say that she was the only serious journalist on the station.

Why Fox doesn't promote her instead of Lightweight Journalist Megyn Kelly, I'll never understand.

Perhaps Catherine is being held back because she refuses to sleep with the men at Fox.

This is not the beginning of justice.

This is the beginning of hiding her crimes from public view.

VA is gone. I just moved after living there for 36 years. Changing demographics and the influx of Inside the Bewltway liberals have changed NoVA electorally. I will just get more and more Dem.

Earnst said today that from what we know now, she will not be indicted. Sounds to me like the fix is in.

All of you - STOP the hate speech!

Why can’t you right-wing conspirators shut up!!!!!!

What does it matter are too secret to release?

China and Russia and Iran already have read the contents; the only ones not allowed to read them now are US citizens?

If she gets away with this, then anyone can do anything from now on and not get in trouble either! Or can they?

The establishment once again proves that the concept of common law is dead. The ruling class is not subject to the same laws as the peasants.

Trust me, the politicized corrupt Obama administration is never going to indict Shrillary. She has the goods on Obie and he has already AG Loretta to figure out a way to drop this, OR to indict the aides thereby freeing Hitlery to pursue her coronation.

You’re probably right. No question in my mind that the insecure server was at the center of the largest espionage/bribery plot in our history, with the lead traitor being Obola himself.

“Too damaging? To whom?”

Yep, Iran, Russia, China and for sure Israel (less concerned) already have them. But lets not let IG’s and select committee members see them, they might get to the bottom of Clinton’s criminal activity.

I think Clinton is in really bad shape, so much so that no one at this point at State is going to stick their neck out beyond slow boating the release of her email. Exception being deep sixing damning evidence pointing to Odunga.

These emails are being released to the FBI by the State department.

Every Hillary email has a recipient, a sender and possibly people copied. All these people weren’t using the server in Hillary’s basement.

All or most of these emails exist in other archives, that’s how arrogant and stupid they are.
