That Photoshop image *IS* an obvious hoax. Like the Dan Rather letter hoax. And you fell for it. Sad.

RE:”You are name calling. Those without a counter argument resort to name calling.”

it’s not name calling if it’s true; it is FACT.
Deal with it.
Counter arguments are useless when dealing with the close-minded or those with single digit neurons in their cranium.
In point of fact you are actually HOPING that somehow Cruz would be disqualified by some leftist judge if he wins the nomination fairly.
You are like a communist plant on this forum.
That doesn’t qualify as name calling either. It’s called a simile.

Making it personal again with strawman and ad hominem logical fallacies as a parting shot. Cute!

Lol! Hey, I’ll settle for a sump pump with a float switch, then handing a remote control for emergencies over to Eve. ;-)

Wow.

"Breaking News. The press is reporting that Dr. Ben Carson is taking time off from the campaign trail after Iowa and making a big announcement next week,"
the email, acquired by CNN, read.
"Please inform any Carson caucus goers of this news and urge them to caucus for Ted Cruz."

Obviously not a hoax.

Ted is lying, again. That is such a let down for me. I seriously though he was above this kind of status quo political crap but he obviously isn’t. If Ted isn’t lying, and it didn’t come from him, and he doesn’t approve of it, he needs to do what Carson said - fire the staffers who did it.

Fine, here’s more facts. Let’s see if you are convinced of anything...

A Washington Post article:

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/the-fix/wp/2016/02/01/ben-carsons-amazing-excuse-for-taking-a-break-from-the-campaign-trail-he-needs-fresh-clothes/

Here’s the money quote:

“Political reporters and strategists have no idea what to make of Carson’s decision. The most obvious theory is that he is preparing to drop out, but his campaign insists that is not the case.”

WaPo is clearly NOT in the Cruz camp. But I guess “the most obvious theory” is just people lying, not coming to a conclusion on their own.

The Cruz campaign should not have tried to take advantage of Carson votes the way they did until Carson himself announced he was out. That would be the ethical and honest thing to do.

“Carson said he was taking time off to go home...”. Which translates to either I know I cannot win or I do not care enough about campaigning and don’t want to quit so I keep getting money.

Yes, it is a hoax.

Just like the hoax letter pushed by Dan Rather on ... CBS.

Remember that? Rathergate? It happens. It’s a hoax.

Whom to believe? CNN of my lying eyes?

You really, sincerely believe that that screenshot is not a Photoshopped hoax?

No, you are lying. Pushing an obvious photoshopped hoax as “the real deal.” Just like Dan Rather and CBS ...

Why make any assumptions about Carson?? Everyone should know what the word assume breaks down into.

Like I just said to someone else, the Cruz campaign should not have tried to take advantage of Carson votes the way they did until Carson himself announced he was out. That would be the ethical and honest thing to do. By making an incorrect assumption Cruz looks exactly like a status quo politician.

The Cruz can’t blame Carson for their own wrong assumption, and the asinine way they acted on that assumption.

It is what it is.

First is it not about me so don't make it about me. The issue is the e-mail the Cruz campaign sent out on caucus night.

CNN confirmed it is not a hoax they actually obtained a copy;

"the email, acquired by CNN, read."

http://www.cnn.com/2016/02/01/politics/ben-carson-home-florida-iowa-caucuses/index.html

Everyone can go to that article and see for themselves how wrong you are. As much as you seem to want to be you are not buckhead.

Give it up.

“Trumpholes” did not make Cruz’s piousness the centerpiece of his campaign. Cruz Stuffing his pockets with millions from Goldman Sachs while donating basically nothing to charity is certainly not Christian values. Cruz is a career politician saying whatever he can to advance his career. Sadly, a lot of good folks are buying his snake oil.

They really only share non-ideological traits

There is nothing more ideological than religion.

They all take time off to go home, NO candidate campaigns 24/7.

There was no reason to make the assumption - they did and not look terrible.

Take off during the daily grind not the night of the actual vote. I guess coaches and key players just go home during the second half Sunday if they are behind?

“Take off during the daily grind not the night of the actual vote.”

What in the world are you talking about?? He didn’t take off the night of the actual vote! His wife was at a caucus.

Hey I am on your side! :-) I just think comes off a bit stiff when compared to say Rubio or Trump. But you can count on this Ct Catholic who spent a couple of years at Hood to pull the lever for Ted.
