Now, there is a great satisfying start...
I worked a part-time mid-night security job for a company that was plain fun. Got to bust people for all kind of crap. One night I had a note from the boss to be aware of employees smashing toilets at the base. I said “OK. I’ll stand in the shiitehouse house all night.” A few weeks later I was walking by the shitter (which did not have a door on it, just the stalls.) I saw a guy holding on to the plumbing while STANDING on the bowl with his face towards to the wall. I hung around, noticed he didn’t flush and said hello to him. He said “Drobdnzya” or something. I went in and about puked. He didn’t know how to use a toilet. I was told the Company was (forced) to hire Bosnian Muslims, and putting 2+2 together I realized the new hires saw the hole in the floor and treated it like the holes they had back home, except our porcelain wouldn’t hold the weight from them stepping off. I told my boss he had to teach them to shiite. He went nuts and hired a Social Worker (at company expense) to come in and teach them.
they have not even heard of “Septic-system” grade toilet paper.

we used regular TP with our septic system when I was a child...
and I use regular now with my double septic tanks...

More and more I get confused on Free Republic. One would think that, clearly, inappropriate as it still would seem "Animal abuse" should be more appropriate.
Clearly, your boss should have been fired and replaced, for enabling and encouraging a serious universal health threat.
No, the government should be replaced an indicted for forcing them to hire Bosnians. I apprehended a lot them and they were let loose but never jailed for theft. Wouldn’t look correct.
There has been such for at least the last two generations, with the popularity of large RV and mobile homes.
Most RV parks require it to be used.
On the technical side, it is manufactured to break down faster to enable and facilitate the process on which septic systems are based, so that leach fields, and treatment plans are not being constantly clogged, and either require expensive, labor intensive unclogging or replacement.
I worked at the largest treatment plant in my area as an Engineer-contract administration (treatment plants are perpetually construction sites) and cause of clogging is too unreal to believe...
Not to derail the thread, but even as a math, science and engineering person most of my life, I am continually astonished at the extent to which complex technology controls our lives and how delicately vulnerable we all are should it fail, and how quickly it can happen.
There are two books I would recommend which, although fiction (and the first difficult to read due to incompetent editing) are total eye openers, and although the sudden collapse of our advanced society unlikely, I guarantee that anyone with an IQ in the high two digits could understand, and be scared poopless...:
One Second After, and One Year After, by William R. Forstchen.
Both are available at Amazon in both paper and kindle formats.

I totally don’t understand why a culture would be so unsanitary, and that includes those in the country of India.
Maybe the use of stones predated the invention of paper, but now we have paper.

I can't imagine an individual more qualified to write this almost unknown eye-opening book. He was there. A long time.
And the oil cartel countries will learn overnight to diversify an economy away from the one-trick oil pony, into an industrial and services oriented workforce. Can’t operate the plumbing in the facilities, but can somehow replace dependence on oil.
Or maybe it’s just to piss everyone off.
