They already are raising the price of fuel by ramming ethanol down our throats, and gutting the coal and nuclear industry.
Not even talking about the huge subsidies we are paying for solar and wind power generation which cannot compete commercially, especially at the lower prices.

Geez, I'd better not tell you that it's $1.66 here - and with the dollar off coupon [I usually get 5 gallons], that would make it $1.46...

lol- in Michigan I believe it was a week or so ago, they were having ‘gas wars’ and one station was selling it for $.46 a gallon- Yep- 46 cents- but I bet it didn’t last long lol
I filled up for $1.32/gal for 87 octane

The problem is that I’ve got all my 5 gallon gas cans filled, and I still have coupons to burn. A buck buys too much gas now. :)
