"...Rubio's surge isn't complete and that he's still green." Rubio comes off like a college kid, compared to the rest of the candidates. He doesn't project a manly, grown up aura, in any way, and even has the voice of a youngster.
"Green" is an apt description of Rubio. He just sounds like a smart ass, fast talking freshman.

Rubio is nothing more than a “used car salesman”. I TRUELY hope he goes no where in this election other than back to Florida, if he runs out of used cars, there’s still more swampland yet to sell.
