“Of course it’s subjective. That is supposed to be a bad thing?”
It’s a bad thing when the author acts like they are a bastion of objectivity when their fallacies of cherry picking and too few alternatives are so easily seen.
It’s way to simplistic (blindered) to be taken seriously. Like a yappy dog barking at one tree thinking it’s the whole forest. It’s not the whole forest, and that is the fatal flaw.
They do have a lot in common.
After 74 years of laying around and then, thanks to Ben and Jerry’s Peoples’ Republic of Vermont’ got into politics in time to get a pension.
His net worth is $66,000 and Donald’s is astronomical.
The two of them are saying the same things. Trump may be a little more to the left.
LOL
I’m just sayin....
It’s like saying Bloomberg and the NRA are the same because both want fewer deaths caused by criminals.
Or that Occupy and the US Military are the same because both want to prevent wars...
I’ve been perusing these threads that all seem to devolve into Cruz vs Trump shouting matches and I agree that neither candidate is without fault.
However, the one thing I see from time to time is someone alluding to Cruz’ wife making money from Goldman Sachs. Your contribution is “Mrs Cruz making $750K per year is no problem right?”
What, exactly, is the problem with her making $750 per year?
I dont know why but your simple comment brightened my day
Thanks
This article would carry more weight if people like Shapiro weren’t supporters of GOP establishment candidates like the Bushes. Those who defend Bush-style “compassionate conservatism” aren’t really in a position to attack anyone else for being an advocate of big government statism.
They do not devolve to that level.
It is planned that way, it is the sole reason for posting the article.
But, you know that, right?
Wow, Ben sure is busy with the Trump hit pieces. Keep trying Ben...something is sure to stick.
What a maroon!
All written works advocate in one way or another... So?
I think this author explained his thinking very well
Do you?
Is the author of this piece even for Cruz? My guess is that it’s like the National Review anti-Trump special issue: party hacks posing as conservative purists when attacking Trump, when their real agenda is making sure a liberal establishment Republican gets the nomination. Then their ideological purity vanishes.
I wish there was a way to unfriend here.
I think the author is fishing for low intelligence mouth breathers and catching a few.
Trump is, and therefore needs to be destroyed.
That there are takers of his line, hook, bait and sinker, speaks to the reader's reasoning and mindset, not the author's.
Boring, mindless babble from a hysterical little twerp
There is a way just DON’T read the threads!!!!!
Isn't it ironic to see a Bush lapdog complain about some other candidate's lack of conservative ideological purity? It's doubly funny when that lapdog looks and sounds like a whiny grade-school kid.
And of course you and Trump can assure us that you are not low intelligence mouth breathers?
