Those courts are persuasive, not mandatory, authority as to the other states. Only a SCOTUS decision or congressional legislation would put this thing to bed.

Congress can’t do anything authoritative, unless it proposes a Constitutional amendment and approved by the people - a very long, many year process.

I remember in grade school having a little Donnie that ran his mouth constantly. Get close to him he was the same way....'touch me and my dad will sue you'.
Long story short, he got under my skin one to many times. So I bloodied his nose. Guess what? No lawsuit. A couple months later he started his crap again. Congress could pass legislation about the constitutional meaning of natural born citizen - don’t see a need for a constitutional amendment. But legislation or a constitutional amendment would/could get pretty convoluted - there’s so many what-ifs.
The most likely and probably best way to deal with it would be through the courts. IMO, Cruz needs to do that even if he risks being DQ’d.

I’m of the opinion that if the former porn star is now a Christian, as has been reported, Cruz should go ahead and air the commercials! If she has experienced true salvation and has left her old life we as Christians should celebrate with her the power of Christ to forgive and to give us new life in Him!
My point is that you have the same level of expertise in law as you do in medicine. None at all. But Trump makes you feel like you do, so by all means continue opining on something with which you have no education or experience. I so love it when my auto mechanic gives me finance advice.
