Highly unlikely. Lee is smart and connected. Those two things mean that he will be treated very well by prisoners and guards alike. They know that he still has many connections and influence that they can only hope for.
Notice that the fine is only $25,000, when he took in $40,000 on this sting alone.
The biggest penalty for him is the loss of his career.
