This state that has long embraced its reputation as the Wild West of politics is expected to embrace anti-establishment candidate Donald Trump in a blowout in the Nevada Republican caucuses on Tuesday night.
In a state where only 33,000 of the state's 400,000 GOP voters turned out to caucus in 2012 -- a mere 7% -- the campaigns of Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and one-time candidate Jeb Bush got organized early, snapping up talented operatives and key endorsements, while beginning caucus trainings last fall in the hopes that a strong organization could overcome Trump's momentum.
But Trump appears to have steamrolled through all of that, dominating not just Nevada's unreliable polls, but capturing the excitement and buzz in the race with his visits here.
In interviews with dozens of Republican voters across the state over the last week, many said without hesitation that they were standing firmly with Trump and had given little thought to the other Republican candidates.

There’s an article on the front page of politico about how Ted Cruz’s handlers are telling him to lay off Rubio and focus on Trump.
Telling.
I had the same feelings/ judgments about Cruz and couldn’t figure out what it was.
Then I saw this article and it clicked. As a teacher I have always been very attuned to body language.....good way to tell if a child is lying. And that’s exactly what bugged me about Cruz. I could tell he wasn’t trustworthy, but hadn’t put two and two together.

So you can tell whether people are telling the truth — or at least what you believe to be true — not by checking what they say, but just by looking a them. You ought to hire yourself out.

Reid is all but a mafia don in Nevada, and is evil crooked, owed soo many favors for life, by the Nevada unions, for his under table “gives” to the underground powers who control union members and workers, and can strong arm the have nots into delivering votes, or their legs and arms, certainly jobs, and can always arrange to sic ICE on many of them.

For those paying attention, the term “Conservative” has clearly become the new establishment buzz word in attempts to discredit Trump. As if the establishment’s career politician candidates have been “conservatives” for the past 30+ years. No one capable of critical thought buys that.

The CLE GOPe thought they had everybody drinking the kool-aid so long that it would keep going. So they put $100 million dollars behind low-energy, Make America Mexico again, Cheap Labor Express, New World Order, $75-guacamole-bowl Jeb.

I will be voting for Ted Cruz on March 15. It is way too early to say who the candidates will be on November 8, or if the Republican nominee (if not Cruz) will have done anything to assure and appeal to conservatives.
