You said...

“I have yet to meet an independent who hates Trump most hate being screwed over by a party. Those we know are voting Trump in NC and most are disgusted former Republicans”

I’ve met plenty. But the fact is, near 60% of the country has a negative view of him. The polling is more scientific than “people that I know.”

Ok so based on this Cruz talking point, the 4 closes primaries on Saturday will all go to Cruz.

There you go Cruz team, you are saved!

Kentucky Trump up by 12 Points

It's weird that there is almost no discussion of the four state primaries/caucuses this Saturday.

Caucuses: Kansas, Kentucky and Maine

Primary: Louisiana

The more I learn about caucuses, the less I like them.

Oh my, just 2 points greater then Clinton 58% negative

And yet those two keep winning primary after primary

So how do we explain the fact that your polling is at odds with the actual votes being cast?

You don’t know the difference between a primary and general election, do you?

I’m not going to trash Cruz. I say we take out #MinnesotaMarco because he’s winning everywhere! Never thought I’d see someone less aware than Baghdad Bob

Those Rats may vote for the fake in the Primaries but they vote the real deal in the General.

No real evidence that that has happened so far this cycle. The Dim race is still fairly competitive, and the real game playing would only happen when the primary of one or the other party is definitely decided.

Nothing is garanteed. But this does point to it not being over just yet.

I'm a Trump supporter, but glad Cruz did OK yesterday.

If Trump had swept, then Cruz would be gone from the race. I want to see Cruz a strong Number 2. It will result in a "unity ticket" - Trump/Cruz

According to this article Trump did not advertising buys ANYWHERE. Think about it.

As I have said...Trump is running a “Moneyball” campaign strategy, keeping his resources in the bank for the future.

Its a “just enough” strategy and it is working brilliantly!

Seems to prove that Trump will do better in November.

That was the same argument people made for McCain and Romney when we complained about the Dems and independents selecting our candidates in the open primaries in 2008 and 2012. How did that work out?

They seem to be designed to be rigged.

Yep, and I think there was a Republican caucus in Colorado yesterday, as well as a Dim caucus. But, from what little I learned about it, the Colorado Republican state officials just decide themselves and voters are allowed little or no participation.

If anyone knows about the Republican caucus in Colorado, please comment.

That is why Trump’s Presser last night looked like a campaign commercial...it was...and it was free.

Also the question and answer session was even better for Trump, backdrop, everything.

Trump was in total control.

“Ok so based on this talking point, the 4 closes primaries on Saturday will all go to Cruz.”

It’s not really a talking point, or a prediction. It’s registered Democrats being allowed to vote in Republican Primaries and trying to pick our candidates. This by the way was the GOPe’s idea to do it like this.

Somewhere I read an article indicating that a fair percentage of Trump’s support comes from people who currently identify Republican, but are registered Democrats. I thought at the time that that’s probably true. The Trump fans I know in real life are social conservatives and fiscal moderate-to-liberal (60’s liberals?), but generally not registered Republicans.
