I find myself despising the Republican party more today than I did a few years ago. I don’t like Ted Cruz...never have and don’t give a rats arse that he’s from my beloved Texas. He’s pompous, sleazy and a drama queen to the max. Rubio has shown his true colors in the past couple of weeks as to how smarmy, smart-arsed and immature he is in going after Trump. If for nothing else other than to expose the establishment for their lying, power grabbing ways (just like the Demonrats) that Trump wins and tears down the power structure that has lived on Crapitol Hill for years now and has made the American people pawns in their quest for more power and corruption! We sure can’t do any worse than what we have now unless Hellary wins and just continues the status-quo. GO TRUMP!!
We didn’t just enter, we settled and filed homestead claims.
Have you ever seen that before?
Have you ever seen a sitting Senator take on the leadership of his party like that before?
Have you ever seen a case laid out so clearly against a corrupt group of politicians as what he lays out here?
It is the height of ignorance to suggest that Graham/McConnell/Rubio/Cochran/etc.... are playing on the same team as Cruz. They hate him. He is not one of them.
You can try to read tea leaves and connect imaginary dots to the illuminati all you want. I will look at actions instead.
What did Cruz actually accomplish with all of that? He still voted for the establishment must have things like the Corker Bill and cloture on TPA. He still supported greatly increasing legal immigration and a 5x increase in H1B visas until Trump’s success forced him to change those positions late last year. He seems pretty thoroughly establishment to me. He is my Senator and, as far as I can tell, he has not actually accomplished anything so far in the Senate. BTW Lindsey Graham came out today and said they may all have to get behind Cruz to stop Trump. Who does the establishment hate more now? The masks are coming off, so much for the Cruz as an outsider act.
Ok. So you don’t want to watch it?
The only way you could watch that speech where he publicly eviscerates the Republican leadership and then turn around and say he is “establishment”, would be if you didn’t speak English.
This whole “what has he accomplished?” line that Drumph uses is such bull. First off, he killed the gang of 8. Secondly, he is virtually alone in the Senate. You tend not to get a lot of support from your peers when you are surrounded by crooks and constantly point that fact out.
2 weeks ago the establishment said “anyone but Cruz”. And said they would support Drumph over Cruz. They were attempting to kill support for Cruz when it looked as if he might be gaining on Drumph. Now they are trying to kill support for Drumph when it looks like he is running away with it. They are trying to get to a brokered convention.
They are playing one outsider against the other to steal the nomination.
Ultimately, they hope it ends up being Drumph. The dirt they have on him will make it VERY easy to take it away. By the time everything comes out, even supporters like you will be relieved when they take it away from him and he just goes away.
I have seen it. He is my Senator. I believe it was an act to build up the ultimate insider’s anti-establishment cred. His actions do not match his words. I voted against him yesterday and I will again in 2018.
The image I ma getting too is pompous
So true...Cruz's main agenda is Republican Party Unity...Follow the rules...Follow the Constitution...
Of course it is never mentioned that the agenda of the Republican Party is the 'New World Order' that the Bushes and others championed...
I believe it was Brent Snowcroft, daddy Bush's National Security Advisor who publicly stated back then something to the effect that the American people are just going to have to accept losing State sovereignty...
This One World Gov't has been in the works for a long time...
And Brent Snowcroft is still with us and here's the real plan that Ted Cruz champions, and gave fast track to Obama for...
Ping.
