That’s because he wants to be Romney’s VP.
Of course. The same tactic he (or they) used when he “didn’t want to be speaker of the House.” Play hard-to-get.
Besides, this could be, and probably is, just to get his name squarely before the public so it is not totally unfamiliar to the LIVs, and to soften up the base to accept him as a compromise to head off civil war in June.
The only question that remains is who will be the unacceptable “choice” in June, the straw loser. Can no longer be Rubio or Jeb, although they are probably not in on this conspiracy and are still hoping they will somehow prevail.
Possibly it was going to be Romney before Republicans had a mass heart attack over it.

Sadly, that appears to be true. Mitt and he will not “Run”. They intend to waltz in upon a brokered Convention. Or, so is the plan. I didn’t think it true. But somethings afoot.
Hopefully he realizes that such a run would be a complete waste of time and money.

When Ryan replaced weeping Boehner, everyone knew he was just another globalist elitist that would continue to coordinate with Obama to continue eroding America, in other words, business as usual.
This must be a trial balloon of desperation if they think this guy is electable for anything. Afterall, Joe Biden mopped the floor with him in the VP debate.
