Democrats in Nebraska are liberal to very liberal. Outside of Omaha there are no blacks, and many liberals in Lincoln.

Figure it's a closed election phenomenon. Actual Republicans and Conservatives vote Cruz while Operation Chaos wannabes vote Trump as "The Donald" will be the easiest for Hillary to beat.
